The sugar capital of WBT. Before we even got to the door, that sweet aroma made its way out to us and carried us inside. Kinda sucks for me because I've got to keep a close eye on the processed sugar and the carbs. Everything here so far has tasted great. We've been seven times and the amount of options available keep it interesting for me. Waffles, crepes, gelato and cakes are just a start, I usually get a milkshake or fresh fruit selection. I came here on a Saturday afternoon with a group of friends for "tea" aka dessert in the afternoon. The atmosphere was so pleasant and it is well lit. Parking is easy and free. There were 5 of us and we were able to find a table that accommodated us easily There are so many options, it was hard to make up my mind as to what I wanted to have. I picked something that looked filling and awesome and was one of their many options that they provided a picture of on their massive menu. The chocolate with my fruit was so filling and so much fun to "dip" my own fruit. All of the fruit was fresh. You are able to order carryout or order to eat in. A little bit pricey but I guess it's to be expected. Definitely worth it though. The strawberries were fresh and huge. The pistachio knafeh was really good and crunchy. The chocolate syrup made it very rich. The menu had a lot of different dessert options so it was overwhelming definitely will be back. read more

Omg! Delicious! Lotus Biscoff anything attracts me so I was too delighted to see they have it on their menu. I chose the lotus waffle over the lotus crêpe. Excellent decision. They also offer milkshakes and ice cream cones with the Biscoff flavor, but I went all in with the waffle. It's pricey. Yes, pricey, but I enjoyed every bite. This place is pretty big and fancy for a dessert restaurant. I really like the clean and open feel of the place. The ice cream was good. Unfortunately they were out of the special fruit shaped pastries that were on display. Apparently they were out the last time my friends went. I guess if you have the money, then it's worth going there, but they robbed my friend with a mango ice cream for $15! Those treats can be found in an Asian grocery store at this point and it doesn't cost that much. The service was okay, but the lady didn't come to greet us right away and she made eye contact with my friend shortly after we walked up to the counter. The desserts are delicious and the place stays crowded. It's a lively atmosphere even at night. Kids in abundance. All of that is fine and well. I'm confused by them wearing gloves. The cashier had on gloves but still touched money (cash) and got food. So, what really are the gloves protecting??? Just saw one of the workers, grab strawberries with his hand and put some in his mouth then continued on to make a dessert with the same strawberries . Oh and yes, he had on gloves. . We finally checked out this desert oasis, after hearing about it through a content creator on IG. Ambiance is spacious, great for groups, families, or even a casual date night. The menu has tons of crepe and dessert options, and you can dine inside or outside. The wait for specialty crepes was pretty long (I think staff is limited, so we understood!) and while they tasted good, we wished they had been served warm. Prices felt a bit steep, averaging around $16-$18 per crepe. Overall though, they tasted yummy and loved the mix of different chocolate. Perfect if you have a sweet tooth. I have the biggest sweet tooth out of anyone I know and I have to give melt n dip credit - even for the people with the biggest sweet tooth, you will never say "I wish they put more chocolate on this." It's super yummy and super sweet, but overpriced for what you actually get. Def worth a try if you're interested but in no way can be your go to sweet treat with sky-high prices. The Dubai cup (chocolate, pistachio & strawberries; was about $20) can be split between two. Other than the food the place is usually very busy especially closer to the evening, which makes it very loud - inside and outside because people love to rev their engines in this particular parking lot. The crowd is mostly Arab & middle eastern so if you are gay, alternative, or black expect stares, sometimes it's less other times it's very uncomfortable. I go because there's no where else around that makes the same stuff but keep in mind they know that too so these crepes cost $17.99 before tax! I was super excited to learn about this new place in West Bloomfield. It did not disappoint. The place is spacious. Has enormous selection of various crepes, ice cream, shakes and good cappuccino! Moreover, it does not close at 9pm like many other places. Crepe with Nutella was super yummy and big enough to share with at least 2people, so was the pistachios ice cream. The service can be a bit faster. It took a while to get our cappuccinos and it wasn't super busy there yet. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the smell of fresh waffles. I visited on a Friday around 5:30 pm. There were 2 customers in line in front of me and we all were taking our time deciding what to select. Everything looked delicious. I liked that the menu showed actual pictures of all the items available. Each item is made to order so there was a short wait. The Oreo milkshake was the perfect consistency. It wasn't too thick for the straw like some milkshakes. The melt & dip waffle was delicious. The waffle was crunchy on the outside but fluffy inside. The fruit was fresh and crisp. There was a lot of chocolate for my liking, next time I may ask for a little less but it was still good. My passion for 1 is a platter of fruit, eclairs, brownies and marshmallows with a warm chocolate dipping sauce. Again the fruit was delicious and the chocolate was warm. The coolest dessert experience EVER! I had recently seen stellar reviews for this place, and decided to take my family to try something different from our regular Dairy Queen visits. This place was PHENOMENAL. From the fresh cut fruit, to the warm chocolate dipping sauce, to the cute benches and clean interior, to the sweet and informative staff -- everything was ON POINT.
