I purchased a hat here 2 years ago that I absolutely love from the legacy brand. This time I was buying a hat for the hubby who wished he purchased one when I did. I sent him a pic of all of the hat options and we picked one out. Side notes: - Lots more women/girl options upstairs. - Expensive clothing. Negative: The only negative experience I encountered during this visit is that when I was checking out, the associate who rang me up was so enthralled to see someone who was behind me in line and started a conversation with them (and ignoring me) that he completely forgot to take the security tag off my hubby's hat which I just found out when I gave my hubby the hat when I arrived home from our trip. They have a children's section with paste on decorations which reminded me of the gibbits in the Crok store (which are not at all my cup of tea, yet kids apparently them.) I got 15% off my purchase of 3 pair of shoes for signing up for text messages. It they get annoyingly frequent, I'll block them. Three pair for $161. That's about it!

Crocs seems to have landed a financial goldmine on this gimmick by marketing them to youngsters, and as the doting grandparents, we were there in for them! I also picked up some Croc spray as it appears that foot bacteria and toe jamb bacteria thrive in the plastic environment of the Croc shoes. The price of the Crocs seems rather high considering the shoe that you get, but our girls love them. I'm all for a company, particularly if it's American, to flourish, and this company has it down pat. My Crocs needed more of the Jibbitzs, the little thingys you put on Crocs, they didn't have a good selection, however I was able to get a furry tie dye Crocs since we are in fall season. I was able to get them on sale, as they were on clearance. Employees were helpful and nice, store was not busy. I just wish they had a better selection of different colors.

I went online today to order it and they are charging me $9.99 for shipping. So I contact EddieBauer.com customer service to inquire about a shipping consideration and they told me that I should have the rep place the order for me in store so that I can get free shipping. I'm now 227 miles away, so that is not possible. Store managers should properly train their employees to suggest that they place the order so as to save shipping costs. This is frustrating to learn that they could have saved me money, but either were too lazy or poorly trained. Also the store itself needs a little TLC. It's dark, has a funky odor and looks very dated. You won't survive like this, and it's a shame.

The company who makes the bags is from London. All kinds of sizes and unique designs! One of the ladies who worked there explained the company and the different designs. The Lewes Blooming Boutique had a bigger selection of this line (Vendula). I went to the Lewes Blooming Boutique and they did have a bigger selection of these cute bags. The owner was there and she told me the bag I was interested in would be arriving at her Lewes store in the next week . I gave them my contact information and they called me the following week to tell me the bag I was interested in had come in! The owner, the people who work at both Longneck and the Lewes store are all helpful and kind. I love shopping local and enjoy great customer service. I'm enjoying my fun bag and recommend this boutique!

When I checked out the lady told me I could buy any other pair worth up to the same price for $20. I found some gorgeous deck shoes for $70. We brought our friend from Scotland and she is asking- "excuse me sir; if the box says 8M and the shoe says 8. What is the difference. Is one a wider fit? And the manager says "keep it simple don't complicate things" and he kept repeating it. And she said "I'm sorry I don't understand. One says 8 one says 8M. Are they different?" And he kept saying "don't complicate things" Then went and said in a loud voice to another customer. "She keeps asking the same question can't she see!?" (Um excuse me sir. Yes what we're seeing is 2 different shoe tags for the same shoe) Then. My mom, who is a decades long customer purchasing at least once to three times a year. Tried on a shoe and then wanted to know if it is in black. She is 95 years old. She cannot look at shoe after shoe after aisle after aisle any longer. So our Scottish friend went up and said "I'm sorry again but could I ask if this shoe is black?" And he says "can't you see?!l and she said "no I can't I'm asking for my friend". The rudest thing was to include another customer!!!

Sarah, the assistant store manager, really worked with me over several days to arrange for me to get a dress I really wanted. I have been looking for a dress for my daughter's wedding shower that will go with the color theme. I found the perfect dress on the Tommy Bahama website. I was unsure of sizing so a couple days laterI went to our local store to determine ideal size. Once I got back home, I could no longer find the dress which was very disappointing. I contacted Customer Service on the corporate site and they were unable to help me, but did suggest I contact an outlet store. I am really glad I chose this particular location because I think it is unlikely I would be getting this dress without Sarah's help! I can't wait to visit Rehoboth Beach again soon to thank her in person.
