This store has very nice, stylish, and popular branded merchandise. Patagonia, Vuori, etc. I try to stop by every time we're here in Rehoboth. I purchased a hat here 2 years ago that I absolutely love from the legacy brand. This time I was buying a hat for the hubby who wished he purchased one when I did. I sent him a pic of all of the hat options and we picked one out. Side notes: - Lots more women/girl options upstairs. - Expensive clothing. Negative: The only negative experience I encountered during this visit is that when I was checking out, the associate who rang me up was so enthralled to see someone who was behind me in line and started a conversation with them (and ignoring me) that he completely forgot to take the security tag off my hubby's hat which I just found out when I gave my hubby the hat when I arrived home from our trip. We've been coming to Rehoboth beach every summer for years. Every time we shop here, we are not treated well. Staff members rarely help us but they readily help the white customers in a hurry. We had to go over and flag a staff member down to come help us get a shirt from the top tier. Not very nice ppl/kids working here. Merchandise is ok. read more

Huge selection of quality items . They carry brands like free people, billabong. Wide selection of swimwear, bags, clothes, sundresses, flip flops and accessories. The only negative is the cashiers upstairs in the women's section. A group of teenage girls who stand around gossiping all day and are catty and rude towards customers. I asked whether they wanted me to take the clothes I had tried on out of the fitting room and a salesgirl told me no. A second girl then saw the clothes I left in the fitting room and started insulting me and made a comment that I "took an article of clothing", not realizing I was standing within earshot. I would think a salesperson would know that customers take clothes out of the fitting room that they are purchasing. Just so rude and unprofessional. Absolutely amazing business. Hands down the best surf shop in the area. There is a wide selection of women's and men's clothes, with amazing artwork on the graphic tees. All reasonably priced for good quality clothing. Most shirts were Comfort Colors. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. One of the best surf shops between Dewey and Rehobeth. read more

This is our first trip to Rehobeth for our annual summer week vacation. We've had great vacations in the past at Outer Banks, Cape May, LBJ. We usually bring several of my grandson's son's friends with us. This year we decided to try Rehobeth since we've always heard great things about it. Well this evening we encountered an incident that was most unpleasant and I wanted to share it. The store was Quiet Storm. There were 3 adults and 4 kids with us. We spent about $100 and the same man who had checked us out approached my daughter and Quite loudly and very rudely said " That kid has a candle" My daughter proceeded to tell the man that the other person had checked him out and of course we had paid.He demanded to see a receipt! When one was produced, no apology, although the boy was visibly upset. Rude, not like other vendors we had been tooMany more surf shops with the same merchandise and more polite staff! I wouldn't recommend Quiet Storm to anyone!!!! read more

(sniff sniff - I smells a bargain!!) I came here a few times and checked out the sales rack each time. Score, score, score! This is a well stocked surf shop with a few skate items (and a pretty good skate footwear selection). However the prices are on the higher end - so its a bit too rich for my blood. I am sure in a wealthy beach town like Rehoboth, they are killing it so good for them. I still prefer a more core shop - but a bargain is a bargain and any mom&pop surf/skate shop is ok in my book. The one older looking guy that works here is a jerk. He was rude and just a plain awful person. He had the audacity to assume that we were stealing his overpriced beach t shirts, and made us walk upstairs to the fitting rooms and bring them back downstairs. Correct me if i'm wrong, but folding t shirts is not a customers job, it's the workers who are being paid to run the store. In addition, he creepily stared at us and followed us the whole time we were trying to shop. Don't even bother coming in here, it's too overpriced for the stuff that's in there anyway. Terrible customer service. Sales person and manager were very rude and condescending towards my son when trying to return an item. Would not stand behide something they sell in their store. So the message to customers is that they don't return anything and once you buy something .... Good luck because they don't care after you leave the store. Each and every staff member has gone out of their way to make sure I not only found what I needed but sometimes exchange or return something that may have fell short. This is a really solid surf shop with very expensive gear. Their flip flop rack is amazing. Their customer service was good. I'm giving them 2 stars because I work in healthcare and NO ONE WORKING AT THE STORE wore a mask properly or consistently. This is unacceptable and says a lot about how seriously they take customer service. A shame given the rest of my experience. read more

I like their clothes, the sales racks have some good deals....but their cashiers, and sales people need a lesson in customer service. When I went up to the register, the cashier was on a personal call. She did finally hang up but didnt say "Hello" or "did you find everything you wanted?" or need anything else ? She didn't seem to care whether or not I was buying over a $140 in clothing. She barely said "Thank you". I guess good help is hard to find. I've been shopping at the Rehoboth Beach Quiet Storm since 2006. This past fall I bought really nice t-shirt for $25, only to get home to Baltimore to realize that it was stained! I called in and they said to just bring it back with me the next time I came to town and they would swap it out. Fast forward to today when I go in and they do not have the same beautiful design, okay- no problem because they still have nice looking shirts. I go up to exchange it, it is the same exact sales girl behind the counter from when I bought it this past fall, she informs me that they no longer make the style that I got and that they clearanced the shirt down to $12, and that they wouldn't do an even exchange, but rather they said "No worries we'd be glad to take care of you and give you HALF OF YOUR MONEY BACK" On an item that they sold me that I never even got to wear and was damaged! I will not be shopping here anymore. It's a shame that their customer service, or lack there of has succumb to this level. read more

What a place! I'm bummed I was only visiting this weekend or I would go back everyday. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I walked in but then I saw what looked like 100 pairs of flip flops. This cute girl who worked there was very helpful in narrowing it down to the perfect pair in the perfect size, I think her name was Maggie.
