There is no sign that says "no return" and the cashier specifically told us that we could return them today. However, the condescending attitude of one employee who was extremely rude (while talking on a cell phone) toward a customer who very well might have been prepared to spend money was completely unacceptable for any employee at any store at any time. Her attitude which was evident to everyone in the store escalated what should have been handled in a professional and private manner into a shouting match that drew the intentions of other customers. I'm not sure if this store is part of a chain that pops up annually in deserted storefronts or if it is an individual store, but there needs to be an owner or manager present during shopping hours to control such situations. After the customer left extremely upset, I quietly returned my items to the shelves and made a quiet exit without purchasing anything. In today's society were anger and confrontation leads to things like mass shootings, I did not feel safe in the store. Because of my proximity to the confrontation, I saw the entire incident and have to wonder why people who work with the public are not better trained to deal in customer service. There was no reason for the employee to be so confrontational and I am sure her actions led to a loss in revenue. I know, because I was one of the people who walked out without the items I intended to purchase.

They put them in an adorable bag with storefront logo on it and a business sticker inside of it. Presentation was great! Overall, this place was so charming and whimsical. I think there truly could be something for everyone in this store but realistically as a customer if I can't tell the difference between what is for sale and what isn't, it becomes frustrating to me. The original price was $65.00 from the manager.Then I was told it would be $90.00. When I received a call the job was finished and went to pick it up, it was $95.00. Harry told me 2 days before that it would be $60 something because I was a regular customer. When I questioned it and told them about what Harry said, I find out that was only if I spent over $700.00 on my next repair. They will never see me again. Off my soapbox now, let me tell you about my experience, which is a genuine one. Quite the shocker compared to the other reviews. The suitcase I had bought from a department store less than a year ago was already becoming tattered. I knew that Samsonite stores are usually found in a mall type setting. I made my way here and went inside. Upon entry, their sale was clearly posted as to what is being offered. Completely visible, completely aware. I was greeted and the sales were stated again. I went about looking at other options until I needed some assistance. I asked the employee, Laura, her opinion on the options, she really stepped up. She first pointed out what was on sale, and I already knew I wasn't going to be purchase that. We then moved onto the most popular, but this was also the most durable. I wanted hard shell, easy to move, and functional. She knew everything about the item, except for which color I would want. One of the biggest selling points about this was the fact that their warranty is top tier. Laura broke it down for me that no matter the damage, they would repair of at the worst, replace. All you have to do is make sure your item is registered and be able to get to a location for them to send it out to be fixed. With that, and the sale going on, I was sold. I got a new suitcase that is amazing and will last me for years. Great customer service, and I think they just found themselves a new lifetime customer.
