Just received my second shipment of stickers from Just Buttons and couldn't be happier. Customer service was helpful when I had trouble accessing an email with the graphic and got the stickers out to us on time. The colors are bright and accurate to our logo and the stickers are high quality even when taking a daily beating on the back of my cell phone case or a water bottle. Super disappointed with the buttons I had made by Just Buttons and their "no return" policy. I also don't appreciate their response to my dissatisfaction, a polite well crafted email which i see from other reviews they have no problem posting when they get a poor review to "prove" that they were right and the customer was wrong. Too bad, I had high hopes for the buttons and this company based on their website, but my experience was otherwise. If you want to work with a company that doesn't have a "no return" policy and is responsive to customer (dis) satisfaction, this isn't the one to go to. read more

Oh man, I LOVE Just Buttons! The design process was super simple, and the buttons I ordered arrived a solid 2 weeks before they were expected (and I didn't pay anything in shipping!). I've been using Just Buttons over the last few months for a project we are doing in Richmond Va. Their customer service is friendly and resolves issues in a timely manner. I have experienced shipping issues before but the Just Buttons team immediately resolved the concern without me having to pay any additional fees while I was willing to atleast cover the shipping costs. The buttons are beautiful, but I ordered magnets. Be very careful when using their website that you get the product you want-I and my manager double and triple checked the order and we received the wrong item. The person I spoke to about receiving the incorrect item was polite but offered no help is getting us the correct product. So, I have 300 very lovely buttons that I literally have no use for. read more

What justbuttons wrote about how I designed the buttons is simply not true. I designed the button online and was forwarded a proof which was quite good and legible. However, the buttons that were produced did not match the proof, they were illegible. Justbuttons is correct in saying that the colors were too dark, however, this did NOT show up on the proof. The proof showed the buttons to be very good and legible. Do not use this company, you will be sorry. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. read more

OK, but I had trouble getting the right text color even after giving them the numbers. Their on-site designer is nice but I had an image of my own and I was in a rush. After paying and getting an email receipt I got no instructions on how to submit my own image, which is weird. A visit to site next day gave no clue. I finally just sent them an image in standard format. The tiny fine print buried at the bottom of a long invoice said the image I sent was wrong and too small. So I paid wondering what they want me to do -- then got an email with the artwork like it was OK after all. But they had a blue background instead of purple and was all washed out, looked awful. The customer people were very sorry and nice, but after 3 long discussions and 3 more images exchanged I received the buttons. All of them had the wrong text color (cyan not yellow) versus what I gave them. Bottom line: The buttons were nice, but not even close to 1 inch in diameter (like 7/8") and the pin is hard to attach. I had such a good experience with Just Buttons. I ordered about 400 for an anniversary event of a local organization, but there was a mixup with the billing address and the shipping address (very likely my own mixup, but it would have resulted in the event not having them as I live a few states away). After I'd already gotten a notification that they'd shipped, I called their customer service and asked if there was any way they could be shipped to another address. The woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and printed another shipping label to the correct address. I really can't recommend them enough. The buttons were wonderful and of good quality, but the customer service was really what made me create an account here just to write a 5-star review! Thanks, Just Buttons!! read more

i bought a small number of button pins as promotional items for my small business. i thought navigating the website was easy and clear. the buttons were processed accurately and shipped in a timely manner to where i live across the country. i had no idea where to start with promotional items, and apparently some of the button processing out there is truly terrible. my experience with just buttons was great, and i'll be using them again in the future. read more
