The worse part of the story is that the retaining wall does not "retain" and when it rains, the wall shoots out water. We sent the Project Manager a video of this but he failed to respond. I would have given them 1 star but they did replace a tree they planted (because it was the wrong tree). Very disappointing service.

Alfonso came to our home and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. He asked lots of questions and he listened. He came back the following week with a landscaping plan that incorporated everything that we asked for and at a reasonable price. Work started about a week later and the guys that did the hard work were impressive, too. They were conscientious and courteous. They cleaned up their work area and stored their equipment each evening before they left. Even our neighbors were impressed. Everything looks great and is exactly like the plan. However, their customer service is amazing! They have pre cut trees in the front of the farm, closer to the house. If you're going down into the farm because you want the experience of cutting down your own tree, make sure to bring your own saw! The farm area is a pretty big and open field with lots of spaced out trees. It wasn't overwhelming at all, and they had lots of different sizes. When you go in to pay they have complimentary hot cocoa and hot cider, as well as wreaths to purchase if you want.

There is even free hot chocolate and cider and handmade wreaths available for purchase. Midland Holiday Pines is open 10am to 5pm the day after Thanksgiving, then every weekend until Christmas, 10am-5pm.

They took their time, dug holes, mulched, and staked them in a very professional way. They even mulched an existing tree next to the new ones.
