Love this grooming business and the owner! I always feel like my fur babies are well cared for. They come home looking fabulous and smelling great. They have several groomers to choose from and if you let Suzanne, the owner pick, you can't go wrong. The shop is super cute and inviting, with a nice seating area if you have to wait for your pup. They always call me before my dogs are ready, so I can head over when it's time to get them. It's easy to schedule an appointment and they use a text system to confirm everything. Their pricing is based on the breed of dog, not their size, which I think is fair. Payment is cash or check only. I've been going here for over a year now. We brought our dog there the first time it went fine. Second time we took him in he came home did not smell clean and was scratching incessantly ended up he had fleas. Had he had fleas when we brought him in they would've notified us. He got the fleas there. We called them. They never returned our call. We were out quite a bit of money to get a flea treatment. Our yard is treated for fleas. Our dog has never had fleas and he's an inside dog other than going out to go to the restroom. They wouldn't even acknowledge that they caused it. read more

Met Julie at a dog park where she made friends with my dog. Long story short, I took her to their salon today and we had a very successful time. I have taken my Standard here several times. The first groomer we had did a decent job. The groomers seem to change often and the service isn't the same. Last time we went there we were charged $120k plus I gave a $20 tip. They didn't trim her nails, and they don't do ears or anal glands. I had to take her to the vet and spend another $50. I found a new place called Village pet spa. She was done in 2 hrs not 4. They also did her nails and her ears and her anal glands. Charged $105. Much better for us. read more

I had been going to them for years. They raised their prices, I think $70 for an 8 lb. Puppy. They don't give receipts. I think they charged $30 for a flea bath. They called animal control on me for fleas after charging me for a flea bath. I can no longer recommend them. Petsmart found a few fleas and Charged $10 for a flea bath and No Animal Control Call. read more

there are 2 women who took over this shop recently. They are not professional and I believe they are caring for the pets. I had brought my dog there for 1.5 yrs. and when one of the previous groomers quit the owner changed me over to Monica. Beware, my personal opinion is she is a sloppy groomer. His ears were always different lengths and not trimmed under his mouth always had stray curls. I could live with that but last week I noticed he was licking one paw. When I looked at it I noticed his dew paw had not been cut for probably a year and now it was growing into his paw pad. I alerted them immediately. I found a vet who would see him the next day. She was able to cut the nail and remove the rest from the pad. He was put on pain meds and antibiotics. Yes don't ask $$$. I confronted them and they threw me back and forth for a week said they would make me a deal. I refuse to allow Monica to touch him again. Today I went back to the Vet for a follow up. Yep again $$$ and he is still on antibiotics for the infection. Monica said 'are you coming back to me?" really!!! I would not recommend them nor find them repretable. I urge you stay away they're crooks!! read more

The only groomer that charges an extra $15 for behavior. We have never had any issues with any groomer before yesterday. The lady up front said she would charge double if she could. She was straight up rude to my wife when the customer is paying her paycheck! Only getting stars bc the cut was great! read more

Pattie does a great job with CoCo! She knows how to cut a Bichon-Shih Zu Mix (aka, Zuchon). When she says 2 - 2.5 hours, she means it. And she does the dog's nails, even though the dog hates having her nails done. When I asked for specific area cut shorter/longer, I was pleasantly surprised that I only had to mention it once, and it repeatedly is done. I specifically asked for no bows or scarves, and CoCo never comes home with these embellishments. Thank you! read more

We're new to the area, and lucked out finding Just Dandy Pet Parlour. The staff was so kind, and was able to schedule me an appointment the very next day. My little pooch had never looked better. They cleaned the inside of his ears, and the pads of his paws. The cutting his pad paw fur is important, cuz the little old fellow slides on our tile floors. The prices are reasonable, quick, and very efficient, I would recommend this business to family and friends. read more

By far the best service around. My cat, Pegasus, is not what you would call a cool cat. After 5 groomers, we have found our spot with Patti. The groomers here are top notch and always remember just how Pegasus needs to be handled. The owner is always friendly and informative.
