After calling several locations, we decided on Lux mobile detailing and we're so glad we did! We were immediately impressed by his promptness. He was here at 8:00 a.m. sharp ready to work. And work he did! It's now 2:00 p.m. and that young man is STILL hard at work! He hasn't slowed down or taken a break since he got here. We've been fielding calls and texts from our neighbors wanting his contact info. Connor just finished and our rig has never looked sharper or smelled better. There was one stubborn carpet stain that he couldn't get out, but considering how years of hauling kids and grandkids had stained that carpet, it's remarkable that was the only one he couldn't remove. We will definitely use Lux Mobile Detailing in the future. I highly recommend their services. P.S. I have a Subaru Forester and nearly every time they hand dry it they miss the middle of the hood. I had to wipe it myself with paper towels today. As another reviewer said they leave a dirty V in the middle of the hood. The wash or wax used spit out these spider like webs on the driver's door which I didn't notice until I got home. They wipe off with a fingernail but I have to do it. I've found their service has gone down considerably in the last few years. Perhaps old equipment but certainly poor employees when drying the vehicle. My Subaru Forester isn't a 1 ton pickup with a 4" lift so the hood is easily wiped down. I shouldn't have to run it through twice in 1 day but I will from now on and come back the next day and run it through again if I have to. I hate saying anything bad about them but I have to. I'll use another wash if I have to. I don't want to do that.

THEY CALLED THE POLICE!!! Pulled up couldn't find anyone at the window when she showed up she…read morelooked drugged out and was super rude. My truck looks like garbage they missed spots on my truck only cleaned one wheel and the guy 'directing' people into the tracks can't do his job then they CALLED THE COPS for me "drunk driving" the cop apologized cause obviously no one was intoxicated yeah Needless to say I won't ever go back. Don't recommend for anyone. They say if they miss a spot you can go through again but after I was humiliated by the ordeal with the cops while the employees stood around and watched while I spoke to the nice officer I didn't feel like going back to have them get the spots they missed.
