DO NOT TRUST THEM...my daughter went in alone and was taken advantage of at the cost of over $700.00! The invoice is ridiculous for a 2022 Toyota Crossover. She regularly takes her car in for oil changes and repairs and they completely took advantage of a young woman being in there alone. I bought my car brand new with them the same night she bought her used car (nearly new) and they have lost my business for good. I a bought a Lexus from Rogers in 2013, at the time there was an active service warranty bulletin to change out the oil cooler pipes. They sold me the car without doing the paid repair Lexus. I take my car most of the time to Rogers for oil changes, repairs I go elsewhere. On November 15th, 2024, I am driving home from having surgery in Spokane, guess what.. my oil cooler pipe blows out on the highway with no warning. $560 dollars and 3 hours later of setting in the cold along the highway my car is towed. I found a ride back to Lewiston. Rogers tells me the repair is $900, I question the price of the repair. They don't care. I call Lexus Spokane and the price is $580 parts and repair. If rogers would have taken care of the service bulletin when the brought the car to their lot none of this would have happened. Hurting from surgery, cold and mad. I have had another bad experience with my toyota tundra but thats for another day. I tried to call their service manager Justin. I was told he was not available and I would have to call back another time to reach him. read more

I sat for hours working a deal. I originally got a "fair market value" on my trade of like $14k however black book said it was worth $20k. I probably could've sold it for $22k. So right off the bat, they docked me $8k, of course I fought and got it was to $18k but they acted like my trade in was a heap of crap and it wasn't, low miles for the year, mechanically taken care of by the dealer, so I really felt ripped off. You know what they say about used car salesmen! Then I see my vehicle up for sale at $26k .. just burns me, still making $8k! They cleaned it and put it on the lot. He also lied about price matching wheel alignment with les schwab. After nearly four hours of my time wasted I had to argue with him to even get the safety issue that was my main reason for coming in to get a free software update and 90,000 mile basic service. Class act dealer here. I leased A Tacoma Off Road about a year ago and had nothing but great experiences the entire time. Free services, free car washes and they call me to remind me to bring it in (Even though it didn't have enough miles on it). Test drive whatever you want as many times as you'd like. I spent several days checking out a lot of vehicles and not one iota of pressure from my salesman. Quite a different experience at another local new car dealer. I worked with salesperson Isaac Wilkerson and Jacob Covey and negotiated a fair purchase price and trade for a new 4Runner they had coming in. I live in Olympia (6 hours away) and searched all Toyota dealers and contacted most from Bellingham to Eugene and Kalispel to Lewiston. Rogers, specifically Isaac and Jacob, were two of the best to work with. Unfortunately the vehicle was not going to work for our family and options are limited nationally so we were not able to finish the purchase. However, my experience was that good to leave this review. I received such outstanding service at Rogers Toyota in Lewiston Idaho on May 26, 2017, that I want to extend my compliments. I was in the area having driven all night from Los Angeles to be with my family and 95-year-young mother for Memorial Day and to participate in decorating family graves at two cemeteries. To set the stage for the reason for my visit to Rogers Toyota, I had been advised by Los Angeles Police about a week prior to my departure that my low beam headlights were out. Timing had forced me to make the trip with only operational high beams. I had purchased what I believed to be the correct replacement bulbs via the internet for my 2007 Lexus 350 and brought them with me. After being stopped both State and Federal law enforcement for not dimming my lights in Nevada, I was somewhat distraught by the time I reached Lewiston. After my brother-in-law and I attempted to replace the bulbs I had purchased on line for $100 a piece we discovered I had the wrong bulbs. My brother, Bill Stillman, who has done business with Rogers previously, recommended that I take the vehicle to them. I did so and was warmly greeted by Saffire in service and Brandon in Lube Bay. I briefly explain my situation and Brandon offered to have his team check out the low beam issue. I was impressed by the simplicity of checking in for service. There were "no brainer" signs that pointed me to the left side of the service bay for "no appointment" and an "appointment" sign to the right if I had one. Next I received a warm welcome from Glen in parts who checked out the availability of the proper bulb for my vehicle. Upon learning the price for both bulbs was $44.95 and that they would install them for free, I advised them to proceed. Next I meant Christianna from Admin who graciously processed by payment. She offered me coffee and a cookie while waiting. Within a few minutes, less than 8, Ricky from Lube came in with Brandon to advise the new low beam lights had been successfully installed. Brandon then ask if I would like to have the car washed. As it was covered with bugs from the over 800 mile trip, I had planned to wash it myself later in the day. I ask Brandon how much it might cost and he advised it was free. Needless to say I was over joyed and told him to proceed and Cody took charge of the wash. Brandon indicated it might take a few minutes. I decided this would afford me an opportunity update myself on Toyota pickups. Jack walked me through the new and used vehicle options and answered all my questions. He was polite and professional and obviously knew the inventory well. My vehicle wash was completed in less than 10 minutes, wiped down and all the bugs I had collected on my journey from Los Angeles had disappeared. I can't say enough about the user friendly experience of my visit to Rogers Toyota. It is obvious to me that not only the design of the facility and staffing was well orchestrated. It is evident the entire staff is well trained. I want to extend my compliments to everyone that assisted me. I bought a fairly new-used SUV from Rogers Toyota in Lewiston (I live in the Seattle area). They confirmed that the vehicle was in tip-top shape; I paid a premium price for it as well. However, once I got home and had an inspection done on it at my home dealership, several issued were identified, including needing the radiator replaced and several sensors not working affecting cruise control, backup assistance, lane keeping system due to the window being replaced with a non-factory one (this causes the front camera not to function correctly). It's disheartening that I was lied to and they priced/sold a car that was not properly inspected and falsely sold as 'everything in working order'. I contacted Rogers, but I was pretty much given the shrug and haven't had any phone calls returned. read more

I bought a pickup from rogers in lewiston, the pickup was not inspected properly and because of that, they missed a major fix. A month after I bought it the check engine light popped on, turns on I had no compression in TWO cylinders! Toyota of pullman offered to eat some cost to help with an engine repair, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM THEM! Be careful of things you buy from these guys! They DO NOT inspect their vehicles properly, you may just get a dud. Take the extra time and drive up to pullman, they will take better care of you! read more

It's hard being a non-mechanically inclined woman buying a car on her own. I've heard way too many of the nightmare scenarios of salesmen who take advantage of ignorance and innocence. If you are looking to avoid all that, looking for a crew you can trust, then I cannot say enough good things about Roger's Toyota. I experienced only the best with Roger's. I had an independent mechanic check out the vehicle before I drove out there (because I live six hours away), and they backed everything that Roger's had told me. I arrived early and was done with the test drive and paperwork and on my way home with my dream Jeep within hours. I got home that same night feeling euphoric and without one shred of buyer's remorse. I spent about 6 weeks trying to buy a used Toyota Tundra....Yes 6 weeks...You have to be patient and study lot's of trucks on the online sights. If you stick to just one city or state in your search you are cheating yourself. I whittled the candidates down one by one...Almost bought a truck from another dealer in Washington but got the hard sell and walked away (see my reviews for that incident). I had settled on three trucks, one in Texas, one in Illinois and one in Idaho at Roger's Toyota. I negotiated over the email and text messaging with David Bradley in internet sales..David was great from the beginning....He was straight with no corny sales pitches.....He told me straight up when he could negotiate and when he had to walk away. I bought a practically new 2015 Tundra for $8,000 less than I was quoted by a used truck dealer in Puyallup....Yes 8K! For the same year truck!...Roger's had the best truck at a killer price. Trucks in Texas are a bit cheaper but the flight out, gas and food back will make it a wash (If you need a vacation from the wife buy in Texas) I put a deposit down on a 2015 Tundra SR5 4x4 5.7L and flew out from Seattle the next day to sign the papers. David picked me up at the airport in my truck.....I thought he made a mistake....This 2015 lease return looked brand new! No scratches,rock chips,swirl marks....nothing! According to the Carfax the previous owner must have been obsessive compulsive, the service was done every 4500 miles like clockwork! The truck had exactly 30,000 miles and drives tight with a new truck feel! Roger's Toyota's detailing is meticulous! If you live in western Washington and are looking for a Toyota you need to give David at Roger's Toyota a call. Roger's Toyota is in Lewiston which is a small town not very close to any large cities. They can only survive by out dealing and out servicing the large dealerships in Seattle, Tacoma etc.....After 6 weeks of talking to car dealers I had heard more corny lines than a Victoria Secret's model in a bar......I was very impressed with the staff at Roger's Toyota and their "normal person" approach. . read more

Yes, My son Bought a truck from them. It was a used truck with high miles. But coming from a dealership you think you could trust them. Boy were we wrong. And they could care less after the sale. They have no Integrity, we offered because it was a high milage vehicle to buy all the parts to get truck fixed if they supplied the labor. Split the cost sounds fair right? Well the con Man Ryan himself wanted to sell my son another vehicle for $5000 more. It was all about making money. Taking advantage of a poor college kid. This to me is on the edge of being illegal. Maybe knowing the vehicle was bad to get him in to purchase a higher cost vehicle. If they would have done an inspection on the vehicle they would have found these issues...And whole saled it like they should have. It was all about making money and how to screw the customer. I am getting ready to buy 2 trucks and will not even drive into their lot. I would stay away from Rogers Toyota Scion and instead head to Toyota of Pullman. They offered to work with Kyle to get the repairs made. Word of advice... Stay away from Rogers. If they aint making money they don't care. No integrity or values. read more

I drove cross country in a Toyota Prius and had to have my brake pads replaced, had tar on the top of the car and the lights had to be scrapped clean. The roof of the car looked so bad that I assumed the car wash had scraped off the paint. Although they were nice, the price of taking care of the tar on the roof was very high in Pullman, WA. On the recommendations of friends, I drove to Lewiston and they were efficient and fixed all of the issues at an excellent price and my car literally looked new. They spent about 20 minutes rubbing off the tar for free. It was a family environment and even the people waiting with me were quite friendly. That was the best experience we've had at a Toyota and this car has been to at least 7 Toyota dealerships cross the country! read more
