We asked him to do a mini detail with a cleaning of the truck bed and to see if he can buff out some scratches. The interior is perfection! Vacuumed, wiped down the panels & dash, windows cleaned, the whole nine yards. The exterior looks amazing and he was able to make the small scratches practically disappear. One was a little too deep to completely buff out but you have to be at right angle with the right lighting to even tell it's there. We knew going in that they may not be able to buff out but he exceed our expectations. He even went as far to buff out some scratches we didn't even ask him about and cleaned up the step rails and the wheel wells. I didn't realize how dirty they actually were. We look forward to calling Javier back for another detail on our other car and for future details of this car. Javier gave us a couple of recommendations for the deeper scratch and protecting the car seats long term. All the work he did was completely worth the money spent on this. I've been searching for a new PPF installer since ordering the '26 Juniper Performance 3-4 months…read moreago. I've previously tried 4 different shops for different projects, I've also done a few full DIY pre-cut PPF installs myself. But when it comes to "seamless" installation, theres a level of skill that's required and there's just not that many installers that can do the job. After carefully looking at some of their work, I ended up having WRAPSTARS do the job. Sienna's work is amazing, she's very patient and detailed, and every line that could be tucked is fully tucked, and anything that couldn't be tucked, she'd cut it into the edge. Out of the 10+ shops I've called before them, they all say they couldn't wrap the trunk spoiler section one piece, or the mirror has to have a visible seam. While they claim it's not possible, I'd say it's a skill issue.

I worked with Daniel to repair the undercarriage of my car as well as replaced the interior door panel on my driver side He was very knowledgeable, very patient with any questions I had, and was very open about my options. I never once felt like they were trying to charge me or rip me off. The clips are my undercarriage came in pretty fast however there was some trouble finding an appropriate door panel for my car. Daniel did keep me updated and communicated with me all throughout and was very transparent about any changes that need to be made. You can tell that he cared about the quality of the part that was coming in. The bottom of my car and my door is working great now. I even asked about a small paint chip and they addressed that for me. They did the least invasive option and then he said that if it's not to my liking to just give him a call and then we can discuss any further options that I may want to do.
