Idk I want to give him a good review soooo bad cause he was so nice. LIKE SO NICE!! But honestly it just wasn't cleaned well, like for example the gearshift area (thats like a crevice where the gearshift moves) was just wet and when I wiped it down it was /brown/ w dirt. They also didn't clean anywhere I didn't specifically ask them to (like under the seats and the center console was untouched and nasty) which I guess is fair bc i didn't specifically ask for it. maybe i just had unfair expectations but i've been seeing a lot of car detailing videos and they come out super clean and like new and i thought that was the point of doing it, but i paid like more than $80 i think and it wasn't more than i could have very easily done myself. Awesome guys. Gilbert (the owner) took my call immediately and came same day due to how close he was located. Definitely don't expect him to come at the drop of a hat but nonetheless that was an awesome first experience. Appointments will definitely be worth the wait. Go elsewhere ! I gave this guy a chance in detailing my car and was sorely disappointed ! There was no attention to detail and I was left having to clean up what he couldn't manage to clean ! I pointed out dirty spots when he was done and he mentioned that they were permanent old stains, which turned out to be a lie , since I was able to scrub those spots clean myself . My car wasn't even heavily soiled and he still managed to leave my seats and doors spotty . He talks a lot , but is full of crap . My regular car wash guy does a better job for $20! This is a 5 STAR review but shows only 4! Gilbert, the owner and Ernie are the epitome of true professionals. From our initial contact, throughout the detail, and with a follow up text after Gilbert was direct, respectful, honest, caring and diligent. He delivers an amazing service and value. They detailed my 2014 Toyota Sienna which hasn't been detailed in years, which has taken a beating from my 3 kids, and which has been neglected for months from no washes during this Pandemic. When I asked them questions and when they did their work I never felt like they were rushing. I truly felt he wanted to do his best always and I appreciate that.
