Super awesome job!! I highly recommend Jon and Taylor! My dad recently passed down his 16 year old minivan to me and I knew I needed the car to be cleaned.. like deep cleaned. This is 16 years of dirt, grime, spills from when I was kid, some pet hair, leaves, sticky residue and all the things you can imagine that would be in an old car that has never been cleaned--that was my dad's car. Jon did an incredible job on my Miata RF. Some large thing flew at my car on the 5 freeway (I hate the 5 with a passion), and I messaged Jon to see if he could get the scratches off my car. He was super quick to respond, and was able to fit me into his schedule within the weekend! The job he did on my car was PHENOMENAL. There isn't a Just Before comparison photo, but my babe was in a sorry shape, from desert jaunts, being tatted with decal adhesives, and hit with the recent rain events and gardener leaf blowers. Wow, these guys did a great job. I was impressed with Jon's professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. My Model X came out cleaner and in showroom quality. What's most impressive is that Jon did this with a waterless wash system, and didn't need to use a ton of water that most typical car washes and mobile washers have to use, especially since California is dangerously in a drought this summer. This was Extreme Makeover Car Edition. I brought my poor car in that had been through the wringer due to it being my baby, then toddler, now preschooler's main ride. Sippy cup spills, graham cracker crumbles, apple sauce smears, beach sand, make up and sunscreen residue , etc -you name it- had left the car very dirty. I got the deluxe package and I am fascinated with how shiny my car is! The interior is extremely clean. And the car smells good. If my car didn't have some scrapped paint and a few door dings, it could definitely pass for new. These guys have great attention to detail. I am very grateful for them! I cleaned it as best I could with baking soda and and a water and vinegar solution that worked for me a prior time. This time the stain was too great so I needed extra help. They shampooed and scrubbed it out as best as they could. I don't smell anything foul which is nice. There are some noticeable spots but I'm not sure if it's because it's damp. Time will tell. I haven't had my car detailed for 5 years and I own a big dog who rides in the car. Jon took on the challenge and spent a full day on the interior/exterior of my car. He was fully professional, friendly, hard-working and he answered my questions and paid attention to my concerns. He truly worked an entire day on the car and had an assistant help on the interior for a few hours as well. When he was finished, the car, essentially, looked new. I had a total of 4 cars that needed a DEEP CLEAN and my good friend had told me how Jon did a splendid job with her car (she has a fur baby so fur gets everywhere)! She mentioned that Jon was located in LA, but he and I made it work! Keep in mine, I'm located in Orange County. I wanted to make his drive worth it since he was driving so far. Anyways, he detailed my 2015 MDX, my mom in laws 2014 RAV4, brother in laws 2014 Camry and sister in laws 2009(?) Camry. Mind you, NONE and I mean ABSOLUTELY NONE of these cars had their deep clean/deep detailing since they were bought. My MDX and BIL's Camry came from East Coast and they were well driven in the 4 seasons East Coast has provided. My MIL once spilled soy sauce all over her carpets and even after we washed them elsewhere the smell still stayed (multiple washes, different car scents were replaced), and I believe that we would never rid of the smell. My SIL has a kid and you know kids! They throw up and have accidents all the time! And her car has never had a deep clean.. she barely even takes care of her car and she has these nasty black marks all over her white car that even the wash never got it off. And lastly, my MDX. Travelled through from east coast to California, and from California to Vegas AND hit a sandstorm traveling to and back from Vegas.. with two boy toddlers! Jon worked on these 4 cars for two days straight. He scrubbed the outside of all the cars, and even took a small brush to dust the inside of the creases or the seats and small little areas I never knew even existed. The RAV4 no longer smells like soy sauce. The Camry no longer looked and smelled like sh*t and my MDX. Oh my gosh, it looks like it just came straight out of a hot nice fresh waxed wash. Inside and out. S H I N Y. All the cars are so nice. I'm so shocked at the amount I payed. It reflected his work. Jon takes every cleaning serious and is VERY meticulous in his work. Would I recommend? YES. Would I be a returning customer? YES. Is he pricy? NO. His prices reflect on his work. If you want a deep clean and expect to pay less than forget it. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I'm never going to a regular wash again. I'll always call Jon for my washes and deep details cause I'm so damn picky with my car. 5/5. No complaints. read more
