I responded back with a few minor changes and asked if they could deliver the product on a very short timeline. They not only beat my deadline, but they also improved the original design. The staff is friendly, responsive, and most importantly very creative. Things that are highly desirable when taking a project from an idea to reality in a short period of time. First off, the process they use is simple and efficient. I've never had to wait long in line to drop off my stuff, and they'll shoot you a text when it's ready for pickup. I similarly have never had to wait long to pick up my clothes. I've mostly been to Tatum Cleaners for button-up dress shirts and blazers. And once to clean a rug. The amount of time it takes them to take care of business is reasonable, and the prices are reasonable. I've never ran into any issues. That's the type of experience you look for at a dry cleaners.

A year ago in Illinois I paid $10 per pair of jeans to shorten the hem length. No environmental fees. I could've replaced my old kenmore sewing machine for alot less and did the work myself.
