This is one popular store and it was very busy when I went in looking for some postcards, the blast from the past souvenir. They have a good selection of postcards and I found what I was looking for at a reasonable price too. Lots and lots of souvenirs at this shop, for the most part you will find whatever souvenirs you desire. From coffee cups, Keychain, t shirts, picture frames, etc they will have it. The only thing im noticing a trend of in all the souvenir shops is minimal plus size t shirts and tank tops. Mostly small-xl, but for us plus sizes the selection is minimal. I am looking for a 3xl and 4xl tank and have had no luck. The service was good although when asked about the larger sizes they just pointed and said,"larger size over there", over where? I didn't find any. Processing are average for a souvenir shop and their selection is great minus the plus sizes. read more

I got some really cool stickers at the Palm Springs General Store. This shop is more in line with the souvenir shops you find everywhere in Florida - you can probably find something for anyone there. They have t-shirts and other apparel, mugs, magnets, books, postcards, etc. The store was clean and not too crowded, with so much to look at. We only spent a few minutes in here as I knew what I was looking for and found the stickers right away. The stickers feel very high quality and I liked all the different designs, which I didn't see at the other souvenir shops we stopped at. I didn't really want to have to express my concerns this way, but this is my only option. I'll start off by saying the store has a pretty cool selection and a variety of appealing merchandise. The problem comes in when it has to do with the store staff. They operate unethically with no regards to customer experience and care. My boyfriend inquired about an item that was for sale and was given misinformation about the product. After purchasing the product he realized that he was lied to and asked for an exchange. They refused any exchanges with the item even though the item was unopened and hasn't been tampered with. Their customer service is pathetic and they will never build any loyal customer base operating in the way they are. Purchase items cautiously and make sure it is an item you won't regret buying because when it comes to exchanges they lack value and integrity. read more

DO NOT GO SHOPPING THERE. If I could give a minus score, I would. My wife bought me a hooded Palm Springs jacket that did not fit me. When I went back I was charged $5 extra for the next available size because as I was told "it takes more fabric to make it". I understood their point and I asked how much would be for me to exchange it for two sizes smaller than the one that my wife got me. The lady said that it would cost me the same as my wife paid for. So my question is why one size up would cost me more and two sizes down would cost me the same instead of.....$10 less? These people are very rude and what they do not know is that every time family and friends visit us we take them there. Last year my people spent more than $3,000 in that store but of course, after my latest experience, we will NOT go back. That would be an expensive $5.......!!! read more

Always makes me sad to write bad reviews. Cheap merch, poorly made and extremely rude staff. I bought a hoodie there and wore it one day. I noticed the fabric across the back had pilled very badly and was very noticeable. Thinking it was simply an error in manufacturing, I took it back with my receipt. The manager told me (she actually said this) that it must have been the strap of my bag, which is soft and wide. Huh???? She said the material pills easily. I have owned many many things made with a polyester blend and have never experienced this. She would not exchange it. This thing cost me over $40 so we are not talking a cheap hoodie and I was not even asking for a refund! And blamed me for it? Cheap stuff, bad customer service, bad business practice. I would not let my sister buy something there after this happened. Would prefer to give others my business. read more

Zero stars if I could. If the owner reads this, it is imperative that you retrain your employees to improve their low-quality work and customer service. If you intend to visit Palm Springs and seek a souvenir, I recommend visiting Only in Palm Springs souvenir store instead of this other establishment. My children entered this store shortly before me on Thursday June 12 around 9:45pm, and as they did, a woman followed them and forcibly ejected them for being alone. This occurred despite our having clearly indicated our intention to observe our children in the store. Her inconsiderate approach to my children was unacceptable, as she should have waited to see if a parent would enter and approach an adult. In contrast, at Only in Palm Springs souvenir store, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and their souvenirs were both charming and distinctive. Overall, the customer service experience at Only in Palm Springs was significantly more positive. While I am not posting this solely to express my dissatisfaction with the incident involving my children, I believe it is important to highlight the rudeness and lack of consideration exhibited by the staff at the other establishment especially with the woman exhibited a notably low level of social refinement. After we contacted the establishment and requested the names of the two women working on Thursday around 10:15pm. An older woman informed me that I would not be provided with their names, as they could be posted online and subsequently contact them again in the morning with a laughing voice. read more

The Staff was very friendly and there were many choices of sweatshirts, t-shirts, coffee mugs and very reasonably priced. I bought a t-shirt for my husband and bought the wrong size. I reached out to the store to ask if they would exchange it for me. Keep in mind I was already home in Illinois. The young lady I spoke with made sure they had the same shirt, sent me the mailing address, I mailed the shirt to them, and less than a week later I had the new shirt in hand. It also has a nice selection of books about Palm Springs, as well as postcards, which is why I often stop in. But my favorite Palm Springs souvenir they offer is perhaps their cheapest, they have a pressed penny machine in the back which offers up several different designs. Pressed pennies are perhaps my favorite souvenir when traveling and was overjoyed to find one here. Store is well lit, clean, decently sized. Items may be slightly overpriced, but when you're in a pinch, it's worth it. Staff is nice. read more

They have a great selection of tee shirts - the quality and design was a lot better then others we came across in other stores. The items we bought were most definitely overpriced, but that's relatively expected with a souvenir shop. The staff were extremely friendly, and we ended up leaving with what we needed & a Palm Springs tank for my husband (which was surprisingly the most affordable thing we purchased there haha.)
