I arrived Friday around 10:45am and she was still with another customer. I was seen by her assistant to begin my service (wash, dry, and deep condition). Bri looked at my hair and suggested I get a different service that would be better for my hair but was more time consuming. I agreed, after all she is the "professional". At around 11:45am Bri was still with another costumer and she came to the realization that my new service would take longer than the time previously allotted. She asked me to come back at 2pm. I could not, so we scheduled the changed service to 10am on Sunday. Now stop here. I was there for an hour before it was realized that my new service would take longer than the time originally set aside. I was unhappy to say the least. But I would continue with the new appointment. On Saturday evening after much consideration and with the knowledge that I couldn't cancel my appointment without a fee. I left a review about my experience during the first appointment. On Sunday morning I arrived at Bri's salon minutes before my scheduled appointment. No one was there. I called several numbers before I reached Bri. It was then she informed me that she had cancelled my appointment 3 minutes before I was to be there. After a discussion in which we never spoke face to face it was decided she did not want to do my hair largely in part due to my review of my first experience with her. Let's stop again. This was very unprofessional in my opinion, especially for someone with such high reviews. To say the least my unhappiness stemming from my first experience was not improved. Instead of doing my hair at the appointed time and rectifying any issues I may have with how the session began, she opted to just cancel my appointment with no notice. And she was also not there on time to speak face to face. I am sure based on previous reviews, Bri's skills as a stylist are wonderful. But her professionalism leaves much to be desired.
