Visiting from NY and needed eyebrows threaded space is large very clean, offering sanitizer at the door. They take cash and card but think they charge tax if you pay card and there's a minimum $12 for card... eyebrows only is $8 (honestly a little pricy from what I'm accustomed to paying) I am hesitant to have anyone touch my eyebrows because if they mess them up it takes forever for them to grow out. I am always very clear to just clean and not make thinner and be careful with the ends. Sarita was careful and did not over thread but definitely under thread and left some hairs out of place. I was hesitant to tell her to go back in and clean up more because every time I do I get over threaded eyebrows. I will have to go home and clean up some more which is annoying. Feels like I paid for incomplete service. Still, they are polite fast and clean. I will be more specific next time unless I find another place. read more

They thread eyebrows super fast and not painful- and it's only $6!! I haven't seen those prices since the early 2000s!!! I usually get half arm wax as well, also super cheap and they do a great job. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the facial which lasts at least 20 minutes and makes your face feel so smooth, fresh and silky soft. I came across Mega spa and brows only a few months ago and I'm sad that I didn't find this place earlier. Anita is AMAZING. One of the best eyebrow aesthetician I've ever come across. I deny to let anybody else touch my eyebrows after I've started seeing her. Even if I am out of town, I wait to get back to durham to get my eyebrows done. She is very patient and pleasant. I came here after all of the positive reviews and I have to say I'm not sure what the standards are for good brows in North Carolina. The place is nice and staff is friendly but my brows look terrible. I asked that they be cleaned up and shaped. One, they're not clean, there's still extra hairs, two they're different from one another (like completely different) and three, there's literally no shape to them. They are flat across my face. I've had better experiences with style brows in chapel hill. There, the women listen to you and also shape the brows according to what frames your face well. I will not be returning here. I came in today to get an eyebrow threading and tinting and waited patiently after two people. Two ladies came in after me. I told the owner and the other lady I was next because they didn't know who was and they wanted me to wait until after they took the other two ladies who came in after me! The one girl said she couldn't tint but instead of me being next, the owner decided to take the two other ladies and they kept telling me to wait 5 more minutes! Beyond rude and disrespectful. The one girl could have kept finishing the girls eyebrows she was working on and the owner could have started on me because I was next but they had the audacity to tell me to wait after these two walkin ladies. I really can't recommend this place anymore because it seems they are getting too many customers that they can handle properly and professionally.
