I am having problems with company. I have Lazy fit on my iPhone, love it. I tried opening Lazy fit on iPad. Message said my email is not recognized. WHAT How can my email not be recognized when it's on file for lazy fit at your company. When I went to my iPad, I checked Have an account put my e~mail in and was informed company did not recognize my e~mail. I put in 3 times. I called number on Google and of course the storage was full and no room for messages. Suggested I leave a message on MSN, I could not remember the letters so guessed. A voice gave me numbers so fast I had no hope of writing them down. A number rang,and another automated voice waited 5 seconds and said bye and ended the call. As soon as voice came on I said hello quickly before she said bye. so disappointed in just fit customer service and I LOVE lazy fit. I have faith customer service will read this. Justine fixed my back problems! I work an office job and sit for most of the day. Then go home and sit for the rest of the night. Years later and started having some minor back pain, about once a week. Justine listened to what my goals were and designed a custom workout to help reach those goals. After a lot of core and leg exercises, my back no longer nags me on a weekly basis. During the exercises she takes our feedback into account and adjusts moves as needed to accommodate what my body can or can't do and work on it from there. My muscles are burning but am not in pain during the workout. When you are dealing with recurring pains a huge concern was not getting injured. Best investment ever! Justine is a joy to work with and completely changed my outlook on online training. She is incredibly knowledgeable and tailors workouts to your body, abilities and goals. I love her combination of yoga and pilates, as well as bursts of cardio in each workout. She varies everything to keep it interesting, but familiar. Her tips on healthy, plant-based eating are great, and she's always available to answer any questions in between sessions. Her energy is perfect, and when she says you don't need any equipment, she's right! We used cans of beans from my pantry as weights in the beginning of our workouts until I scaled up to hand weights (which I was finally able to purchase since the pandemic wiped out stock for a while).
