The entire staff reflected that same calm, capable, compassionate energy. It turned what could have been a very difficult experience into one that left me feeling relieved, respected, and grateful. Almost immediately after, the staff here called me because there may have been some possible miscommunication, and they wanted to check on My Wife. I'm honestly really impressed by this staff and their dedication to this practice. The Staff is VERY nice and broke down costs thoroughly. I had set an emergency appointment for My Wife who was in extreme pain. When she arrived, they did a very thorough examination and wanted to find all possible issues so they could create a treatment plan. The treatment plan was honestly much pricier than I had anticipated, but TO BE FAIR, she does need quite a bit of dental work. I genuinely appreciate people who want to treat the source and not just the symptom. The only bummer is that My Wife asked more than once for antibiotics or pain medication or something and was told no. I absolutely understand that each medical facility has their own policies, procedures, and general practices. I'm assuming that's the reason why we were unable to get the ball rolling or get started with something for some immediate relief. As a practice, this place really is great with solid equipment and a stellar staff. If you're looking for long-term care and invest some money in a thorough top to bottom plan, then this is a great place to be. I believe prices are high here compared to our normal dentist, but I also am not a dentist myself and don't know the "going rate." We will personally stick with our regular dentist, especially for emergencies, but again - the facility and the staff here are great.

He put me at total ease with his kind demeanor and his witty humor. He was respectfully informative, and actually thanked me for my questions. Then he took great care to ensure I was comfortable and the job was done to perfection. He even remembered my sensitivity level, and I know he has a multitude of patients for whom he's providing care. I have no doubt he remembers them all like that. His handiwork was a complete success, and I am now in ZERO pain. I thank my lucky stars that I chose Meridian Dental. Dr. Rivard will be my dentist. Period. However, he isn't the only diamond in the rough at his practice. His assistant related to me on a personal level and was constantly aware of my needs... even before I knew what my needs were. Selfishly, I wish she wasn't moving up to an administration position because I am going to miss that level of attention, and I genuinely enjoy socializing with her. But to be perfectly honest, she absolutely deserves it. Further, while I am speaking about administration, the compassionate lady at the front desk knew who I was by my SECOND appointment. She called me by name before I even produced an ID. She was legitimately happy for me when I told her I was feeling much better. Her whole face lit up! That was so nice to see! While I support free speech l, I'm a strong believer when providing a public service your political affiliations should be just that - yours, and not imposed on others utilizing your business. I dont care if you are left, right, center or apathetic but we are living in an incredibly divisive time and displaying political propaganda of any type seems inappropriate and unwelcoming. I prefer not to be forced to view your propaganda when utilizing your services anymore than you would want me showing up to your home in my law enforcement uniform wearing religious or political propaganda that may be offensive to you. I think it's risky for businesses in today's climate to advertise their political positions when offering a service to the general public. So as is my free choice I won't be utilizing services at this location anymore. I can't in good conscience knowing this business supports a political position that negatively impacts my family and my beliefs and will look for a neutral service provider in the future.

My first appointment with Falcon Dental was early December for a cleaning. I switched to Falcon…read moredental because my previous dentist did not accept my new insurance. I had full xrays done and a cleaning. It seemed to go well. In late December I started having major pain with my implant bridge that was placed 3 years prior. I got in the same day for xrays and saw Dr Kate . She said (her words) that I had a rash of some sort or an injury around my implant bridge and I should rinse with salt water. After 3 more weeks the pain was again unbelievable so I went back in for another xray and she said the inflamation around the implant was worse and gave me a prescription for mouth wash. After no improvement I went back to my original dentist and in 5 minutes and another xray he said I had a really bad case of oral Shingles and my implant bridge had bone loss that could be caused by the shingles but I have to wait and let the shingles resolve and the inflamation resolve to even assess what needs to be done. Had this been diagnosed by Falcon Dental I could have been put on an antiviral medication to help with the oral Shingles and possibly slow the break down around the implant but that window was missed. I'm not sure why this was missed but it has caused me to be in horrible pain and sick for over a month. Unbelievable! And I still dont know what work I need going forward on my implant. The bone loss was also missed on the xray two different times. I will not refer anyone to this clinic.

My 100% covered visit with an in-network provider is now $250 because their employees "forgot to let me know".
