When we were vacationing in Corolla in 2016, a sea kayak that we rented had some defect that caused it to start taking on water and sinking. The bikes were at our house when we arrived. I called the store on the day of pick up and asked if we could delay pick up until the afternoon because we wanted to ride one more time. We did everything online, it was so easy to get exactly what we wanted for our vacation. Super friendly staff and great equipment. We rent from them every year we make the trip to the OBX. One time we had a problem and they came almost immediately to replace the broken bike. All the rates are competitive with other rental companies, but just for the beach is a HUGE step above the others with their commitment to customer service! read more

They provide a great rental service. Every year we get different gear and are always happy. One year we had a grill not working properly and they came right over to swap it out.
