Love LOVE this place! I went in for my first time as a walk in and was fortunate to have Thi help me out. She was patient in helping me find a color as I am so indecisive. She showed me new colors she just got in and helped me find the perfect color! Three visits later and I'm hooked! Thi is so sweet and kind and greets all of her customers as they come in. This salon is such a gem in this area as there are so many different salons, but this one makes you feel like home. I will definitely be back because of Thi. Anyone with kids can agree that quiet time is always appreciated. I came into this shop on a Sunday afternoon for a manicure. I was showed to a seat immediately and given colors to pick from. With the exception of the tv, it was quiet in the shop (rarity that I normally don't get at home). I even appreciated the nail tech making small talk at the beginning and then just focusing on my nails after that. The only con I have about my nails is around the cuticle area seems to get hung on everything, especially my hair. It's annoying but i can live with it. The pictures attached are of my manicure after about a week of wear. I love the overall shape and of course the color. I would recommend this shop over the much larger one across the street and I do plan to come back. read more

The last 3 times it has been more of a disappointment. The nail techs i had 3 different ones just dont care. I was cut, burned, rushed. I do the powder dip stuff how is it every time the person does it a different way often skipping steps. They do not value their work or care. One day two nails color faded, 1 week out nails started breaking never has this happened to me before. Last 3 times they cut my real nail to add tips umm want more money? Im not stupid but im mad. The old guy had to stop doing nails. Apologies but the big girl idk her name is absolutely horrible. Sorry to say it like that but these two workers have to go. My visit is stressful and please pay attention to my nails or me instead of who is walking around. My fault for not complaining each time. I work hard for my money and come to treat myself not get injured and hate my nails a day later. One time they were like shaped left. 3 times guys observe your employees and the service they are giving you wont be happy or maybe you dont care either. Worst pedicure of my life. Clumpy polish. Uneven lengths of the nails, and rude front desk man who won't even look you in the eye when you are speaking to him. Two of my nails broke and another two cracked in the middle after a week and a half. I was told they would last a lot longer than that. This nail salon is not my usual salon but my regular manicurist was in between salons and my nails needed some TLC ASAP. This salon had such good reviews and was close to my house so I thought I would give it a try. I made a 4pm appointment on a Sunday (they close at 5pm) and showed up for my gel manicure. Emma started doing my nails immediately. She was a little rough and ended up making my cuticles a little sore but no bleeding. Tracy ended up being the manicurist that painted my nails and she was much gentler and did a great job. The only reason why I am giving the salon 4 out of 5 stars is because I had an appointment but then what appeared to be a regular that DID NOT have an appointment walked in and Emma stopped working on nails and started working on the regulars nails. This was extremely annoying and frustrated me. It was the principle of making an appointment versus not. At the end of the day it worked out because Tracy was gentler and I feel a better job. I feel bad that this is the first time that I'm leaving a review for this business because I've been coming here for over three years. And I've loved most of the time. With a nail salon literally on every corner, there are lots of choices and I've come here almost every single time I've gotten my nails done during this time. I felt compelled to leave a review now, because the service has gone dramatically downhill. I understand the times that we're going through, we're all going through them, so I hate saying anything, but I've been here 4 times since May and the last two have been dramatically different. I don't know if the product has changed or the actual service, but it's disappointing. I can see through the nail color. It won't last more than a week and they try to push dip on me every time. I get it, it's whatever with that, but don't do a poor job so that I decide to do dip next time. I'm not going to. I'm just going to go somewhere else. It's a luxury to get my nails done, I could certainly do it myself, but I like these people and they do a great job, so I come here. But unfortunately, I can't afford to pay for a manicure that lasts a week. read more

I came after having worked a night shift, and thankfully, it was a very relaxing and comforting environment; in combination with my sleepiness, there were a couple times i was so relaxed, that i almost dozed off lol. I got my pedicure done by May and she was lovely with a very warm, friendly, and welcoming presence and did a great job...the foot massage was a plus! I was super excited because it was only 10 min away from me and It was my birthday. When I got there the ppl were extremely friendly. A woman asked me if I wanted a drink and walked me to my chair. The lady Jenny who did my pedicure was great. I have nothing negative to say about her work. I asked for a full set coffin nail. I'm obsessed with a beautiful coffin set. What I got from this guy was not that. He was sloppy with his work. The shape was so bad. My nails are all different length. I didn't say anything at the shop because I was a little intimidated. And there was a few people there and I didn't want to be that "person" who complained about the work. I won't be going back to this place. read more

I went in in hopes of getting really short coffin nails. I kept mentioning I would like them shorter and was told no, you don't want shorter. My cuticle was also cut a few times during the process. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but I didn't get what I came for. I ended up going home and cutting my own nails down to satisfaction which worked. read more

Can't understand why this place has such high reviews. This is the second time I've tried this place and it still isn't any better. First time I came for a mani and pedicure. My shellac mani was HORRIBLE. She missed the sides of all my nails and my nails were all mis shaped as I repeatedly told her that they were not even. Today I came for a pedicure again after looking at the good reviews. I figured maybe the technician I had last time wasn't good. Holly did my pedicure today.... she did not cut down my nails after I asked her to twice and she removed too much cuticle and made me bleed. Don't tell me you can't cut down my nails when I can go home and do them myself. Outside of her mistakes she was also rude. You would think for a nice looking place they would do better. Highly satisfied customer! Came here based off Yelp and you all surely didn't disappoint. Emma was my technician and being the fact it was my 1st time here, she took her time and paid careful attention to detail. I'm always cautious with nail salons since I have short nail beds and sensitive cuticles- it's annoying when I'm trying to tell someone about how sensitive my nails are and they only pay attention after the fact when they cut me. Well Emma actually noticed my sensitivity without me having to say anything and made sure to not push my cuticles too much and was super attentive to every nail area to avoid any possibility of pain. It was also my 1st time getting SNS and she was more than helpful with answering my questions and explaining the health benefits of SNS (which ladies I highly recommend over Shellac!!)
