Do not go here unless you want all your nails to break. I have never had a problem with my nails breaking until I tried this nail shop because it was in my area my nails have small cracks on the side and every time I look down I am missing a new nail it's only been a week. Just the other day I was drinking water and I looked down my nail fell off, seven out of 10 of my nails have small cracks on the side which is causing it to break. I go to the regal nail salon at Walmart very often and I've never had this. Horrible! I got a powder refill and soon after I left the gel on top of my nail began cracking. I woke up the next day and all of my nails were bending. The nails are cheap, polish cheap, cheap service but they charge EXTREMELY high compared to others. I thought this place would have been convenient since I stay less than a minute away. STAY AWAY! I really wanted to like this place, but the lady who did my nails was horrible. I kept telling her that the gel had bumps, and she kept saying she was going to fix it. However, she refused to every time I had mentioned it, she would just say I'll do it I'll do it. She never ended up fixing it even though I had asked four times. Every single one of my nails is bumpy, the polish is sloppy, and I just feel disrespected. Not only that, but I have cuts on three of my fingers because she was way too rough with the nail file and grinder. First I would like to start by saying I think that it is a little difficult to review a nail place when you've only gone 1 time. You have to keep testing it out so this is my first run. I really want this place to work since it is close to my new apartment so despite the poor reviews I gave it a try. I had Nancy who was really sweet and professional. I like that each technician has their cosmetology license at their work station nearly displayed. I didn't like that it was so quiet and in there. I guess I kind of felt awkward without the hustle and bustle and they didn't have the tv on just this lullaby instrumental playing in the background. I think this place has potential when they get more business so we will see. read more

These guys are really some amazing workers. They absolutely kill it on the service! Top notch premium work and the Lady who did my nails was SO gentle! I barely even noticed she was working on my feet. Seriously, the best in Mani/Pedi I've ever had. My Wife liked hers too, but she wasn't as inpressed as I was, but then again, the guy doing her feet wasn't as sweet as the Lady doing mine. ;) Now, where the guy shined like a mf'n B0SS was with her toe nails. He left them looking great! Awesome nail art, too. Someone else did her hands, but she did an OK job overall. She also did her face waxing, but did a very good job there. The space, the chairs, the ceiling. They're all great qualities of this salon. The natural deluxe pedi is totally worth it. She soaks, trims, massages, grates, buffs, hot waxes (the candle wax stuff, not hair waxing) and scrubs them into blissful nirvana. She really is amazing. Also, the shellac/gel stuff is great. Ask for Ashley!!! She does both my manicure and pedicure. I don't trust anyone else to do it. She is a pro and seriously my nails have never looked better. I have had my nails done by other techs before but she is the best. Now I get both my mani and pedi from her only. I get shellac mani and regular pedi for about $60 I think. read more

I can now see why the negative reviews from this place. Guy doing my nails was so rough with my cuticles. It was more like ripping off my skin. I felt some distinct pain with my pedicure but not as much as my fingers. He was rough cleaning under my nails as well. The Paraffin wax was pretty hot so if you have sensitive skin to heat, beware! They spilled the cuticle oil on my pants when they were doing my mani, when I asked them if it will come out, he said yes just wash it...well I did, and now have an oil stain on a pair of pants. The man used too much polish on my nails so it took very long to dry and I lost patience trying to wait being as they were trying to close the salon for the night so my polish smudged everywhere. They are really nice, it's always clean, smells good, relaxing environment, but they don't do a good job. Like the level of skill is below basic. The polish was caked up and the pedicure was painful. I love the pedicures and the lady who did mine was really awesome and sweet but the guy with the flashy watch and ring Couldn't do the ombré colors that I wanted(clear and white ) for my acrylic nails but said they can do similar (white and pink ) which looked ugly so I had them do all white coffin nails which ended up being crooked and I can see my real nail on the side and did not look neat at all ...not worth the money. read more

I do not post negative feedback much but this time I was compelled. As I am new to this neighborhood I wanted to get my nails done. I had got wonderful powder dip nails from another salon which lasted me for 3 weeks, it was time to change and I decided to go to Prada as it was much closer and got good ratings and well it turned awful for me. No issues with staff or their courtesies infact the girl who did my basic pedi was good. But the man who did my nails ... the skin around my nails is bruised and the paint is chipping of in one and half days.. my fingers are burning in warm water n otherwise as well as he rubbed the skin so hard I have red marks around. He spoilt the shape. As if that was not bad enough now the paint is chipping off I paid 45 bucks and tipped cause the girl who did pedi was really sweet but never ever ever again. Horrible read more

Really great work today by Ben and Ashley, usually/latelly I've been experiencing a lot of pain when getting my nails done. Ashley was so gentle with me I barely felt her working on my feet, also been who was working on my hands. I love Prada Nails. It's such a pretty relaxing salon. I get powder nails and they are always perfect. I use #45 and if you want a red that will bring you compliments, it's the one. Both nail techs I've had here are OCD about perfection. I've had both the second level pedicure and the deluxe and I can only say they are worth every penny and I want to come get one every day. Everyone is friendly and I think in about 6 months only once have I waited more than about 15 minutes and that was on a Saturday afternoon. I never have made a appointment. read more

Went in for a Pedi and acrylic nails. The Pedi was fine but the female they put to do was nails was obviously new. She came in to have me a regular Mani and i told her i had asked for clear acrylic with regular nail polish. She then went to get the materials. I went to school for cosmetology so i know a rookie when i come across one. It took her 3 times to get the powder to stick to the brush correctly and she was shaking as she did them. I asked for semi long nails in just straight shape. she gave me a round nail and crooked, THICK, nails. i pointed out the crookedness and she just filled it and made my nails extremely short. I then asked for a manager because i had been in the shop 2 hours and I wasn't closer to being done and the skin around my nails was red due to her over filing. The manager said she'd be with me in 5min. 20 minutes later a guy just steps in and starts doing then. He then puts shellac on my nails, doesn't ask my opinion or nothing. 3 hours in the shop, I'm finally done complaining because they just don't know what they're doing and the man charged me $68... that does not go according to nothing I asked for. I will never go back to this place. I even went home and ripped them off. read more
