This was our firat remodel. Who would have known there was so many decisions to make when getting countertops cut. We were so happy we went with Just Granite and Marble. Justin was very knowledgeable and he listened to our concerns and offered very great suggestions. Between the thickness, the style of the edge of the countertop, the width of the bar overhang, and any other questions Justin asked us about how we wanted our Countertops, we were overwhelmed. But with a little bit of guidance, suggestions, and answering questions about our style, everything came together great. We got the simple single beveled edge we love, the countertop thickness was doubled which we are very happy with. We were also so indecisive about the kitchen bar top that extended out into the beginning of our hallway. With Justin's advice even that came out better than we expected. Most importantly we were able to contact him, ask questions, get updates, and countertops were done quicker than we expected. They even cleaned up afterwards as if they had not even been there at all which is a plus for me. Of our entire remodel the easiest and least stressful part of it all, was getting our countertops cut by Justin and his company. Thank goodness for that! From the first phone call to Justin (owner), I felt confident in working with him. I needed to replace a bathroom vanity and he took the time to go through everything with me. We reviewed materials and samples and his price was very reasonable and fair, and his continued communication through the entire process was excellent. He was as straightforward and easy to work with as you can possibly be. From the time of material selection he was ready to install within 48 hours. But where he really shone through is upon delivery and installation. Justin and his associate Roland were incredible. TERRIBLE!! SCAM ARTISTS- DO NOT HIRE, WILL DAMAGE YOUR HOUSE!! Justin at Just Granite and Marble agreed to do a countertop installation for for me. He went to my house, and on his way, sent me a message saying he would "need me to throw him at least another $100". During installation he destroyed my large bathroom vanity mirror. When I asked him about it (in writing) he said I would have to pay him to replace it. When I pressed him, he said he would "see what he could do". The next day he assured me he could get it replaced within a week at no charge. I just had to "meet him with cash" first. When I asked to speak with a manager/owner, he hung up on me. Amazing company. Excellent quality and craftsmanship with the ability to measure, fabricate in 7 days. On day 1 their workmen removed our old granite countertops and tile backslashes. On day 2 they installed new drywall and made hand made templates of our kitchen and 3 new bath vanities. On day 7 they installed the new quartz countertops and on day eight they tiled 34 square feet of backsplashes. Price was competitive but the real selling point was the speed to get the tops fabricated and installed. And all of the work was done and supervised by the owner.
