Took my dog to them for grooming for about 6 months. my dog hated going there and I just thought she was being a dog. The last time I went I had asked them if the could trim a little hair from her ear canal as it was getting a little thick and she was getting ear infections. When I got her home I checked the ear and she did not trim it but instead shaved a bald spot right below the ear which had a little blood on it. I think it was intentional as she did not tell me about it! read more

The establishment is tucked in the back but not difficult to find. I had the pleasure of working with Morgann for our three dogs, two of which just required baths and an undercoat blow out. Our French Brittany required a major haircut as we like him cut down so he doesn't get dreads, mats. He's 10 and looks like a pup again. So soft, all of them. She did a great job on all and their nails were done as well. Prices are reasonable and as with any establishment it depends on the condition of your dog when brought in, as well as what you want, need done. I would recommend giving them a try. I know I'll be going back when in town. read more

By far the best groomer I've ever been to! They took amazing care of my puppies. They paid close attention to all the little details I asked for and took their time with them. Their fur is now so soft and nails trimmed to perfection, no sharp edges and ears super clean! The pups seemed very happy and relaxed when I went in to pick them up! Have specifically asked for my dog's hair to be cut shorter the last 2 times we have been in. I also specifically ask for the armpits to be shaved completely down and I have had to come home and cut the pieces they have obviously missed. This time my husband informed them of the issue, rather than offering to fix it they said another appointment would have to be made and that they would be charging again. He didn't even make it a month without needing to be groomed again. Very disappointed. Do not recommend and will not be back. They also deleted my review on Facebook and blocked me. read more

His fur was gorgeous...his nails trimmed perfectly...and he wasn't in the least bit stressed when we picked him up which means he had a good time too. I highly recommend this place! First time taking my dog here today. Overall grooming was good. Just needed them to trim his face a little more which was done before we left. The only thing I didn't like was that they he ended up being there for 2 hours for grooming. That's a little long in my book. read more

We had the pleasure of running into Dawn at the dog park and saw the great work she did on her own doodle. Unfortunately, I forgot what the grooming business was called and had to call a few others before I finally found her again. Boy are we glad!! Our white Golden Doodle has never been whiter, softer or fresher smelling since we picked her up from the breeder! The facility is immaculate, bright, colorful and typically, grooming facilities smell like grooming facilities. If I didn't know that dogs were groomed there, I would have never known. No odors at all! There is a nice variety of breath freshener and comb/brush options that are all reasonably priced. We are SO thankful that we found this place!!! Labradoodle trimmed very poorly, uneven, charged an arm and leg, trimmer offered to "fix" bad groom but we declined.

I don't live in the area anymore but have family and do visit often with my dog. I must say I was desperate at the time and I needed my yorkie to get a good haircut without the trauma of being cut (like another place just close to them "the groomery"). At this really "Just Great Grooming" they were amazing, professional and got me in same day and did a wonderful job on his haircut, NO cuts and NO injuries. They totally get the yorkie cut with the ears trimmed and rounded face. Will definitely be going here again. read more

Great experience with my dog. I have a basset hound who can be very difficult to groom. I used to have to sedate him before taking him to the Vet's to have his nails trimmed. Dawn, the owner, said he tried to argue a bit about who was the alpha between the two and eventually, he tired of the resistance. They are good friends now. He even wagged his tail and ran to the door when we went a second time. I am very grateful to Dawn that she figured him out on the first visit. Hello, I called to cancel this morning do to the fact my grandfather had an heart attack last night and I am needed at the hospital today. Well, I called to cancelled and Chuck picked up. When I explained to him why I was cancelling, he was very rude to me over the phone. Then he demanded what was the family emergency. Even tho it was not his business to begin with, I tried explaining and he cut me off. Since ownership was swtswitc over to them, he has been rude to us a few times. We do not often take our dogs to the groomers but we were loyal customers. Because the rates were low and the grooming done very well. But Chuck seems to forget we are customers not his employees. You get more with surger then salt. Well Well before he hangs up, he asked if we cancelled before. I'm sure we have but not day of appointment. I know it is his business but I am sorry my grandfather is more important then my dogs getting their hair and nails done. I will be taking my fur babies somewhere else. And I am letting those I have brought to this business for their little fur babies know the customer service I received today. Beware of just great grooming and the owner Chuck. read more
