Very interesting spot located on Hillside Avenue. This place is a fusion of Mexican, Indian, American cuisine. I went for the Birria tacos and had a bubble tea. I'm really glad there's another Halal Birria tacos option in Hollis. Although I feel it was a bit on the pricey side, I know this establishment is new so it was OK. The bubble tea was surprisingly very good. It's made from the boba powders by the way, so don't expect authentic bubble tea. There's ample seating inside, and some very interesting artwork on the wall worth observing. Lol. Will definitely come by again to try the other options. read more

Until this past week. Boy am I happy and grateful. I am a very picky eater so I was apprehensive at first. This apprehension lasted 30 seconds after the first bite and was replaced by utter delight and satisfaction. The service is wonderful & friendly which is so needed in every area of life, though lacking greatly in today's world. The portions are fantastic & I truly hope they continue for each of their customers. The food is truly delicious. It's not oily, overly salty or sweet. Even the fries and fish, which I had. Perfect crunch and taste. I have never tried tacos of any kind before until here. I had the Baja fish tacos and I am truly happy that it was here where I had them for the first time. I came into town for the weekend. I always crave Mediterranean food. We stopped by Just Halal, where I got a falafel over rice, and my friend got mixed over rice. I got the yellow rice, and the star anise overpowered the rice flavor, killing all the taste in my mouth. The only thing that helped was the side salad that I got. My and my family stopped by today and were treated with the utmost respect by all the staff in this establishment. They made my siblings feel on top of the world and the customer service was the best I've seen bar none. We called ahead to let them know a party of 6 was arriving and when we got there accommodations were made accordingly.
