There were also 4 small stains elsewhere on the carpet, 2 from where they left the paint cans dripping on the floor. There are drops of paint on our light switches and the baseboard. If this is how they handle a basic job we have no faith in a larger one so have asked for the deposit back and never got the portico. They are responsive about complaints and offered to clean the carpet. They did refund us and when it was clear the carpet was damaged beyond being able to be cleaned they gave us some money to replace it. This is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
