BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. I kept getting told that they were waiting for parts but everything was ready. From quote to finish was almost six months for five windows. My complaint was the lack of respect Todd gave me. He refused to give me an invoice or even stop by to see if I enjoyed my experience.
