Overall they did a great job. The three movers arrived on time and were very conscientious about what time they finished for billing purposes. They were fast and efficient, but also took the time to ask where we wanted boxes, etc. The only drawback was that after they had left, we realized one bed had never been set up and was still wrapped in plastic leaning up against the wall. We had Arizona Brothers move our furniture on Saturday 11th September. And we are not happy with how our furniture was handled. I emailed them with my concerns, in the hopes that some attempt at making amends is made and that they can improve the standards of service. There was no response. Hence this review. First, the team was half an hour late.  Second, I have attached pictures that show the damage done to newly restored and finished dining table and chairs, China cabinet, and bookcase. None of that damage was present when the team first arrived for the job.  Third, there were also a number of places on door trim and walls where furniture had been knocked against the wall and chipped the new paint in our new house. We had a moving POD (8x8x8), tiny, shipped to our home. Estimated unload time was about 60 min. I called 3 other places for bids. Creative came in at some up-surd rate of $575 for 2 hour minimum and a $175 trip fee, never mind that they are 1.5 miles away. The other mover came in at the lowest at $345 for two hour minimum but you had to allow them to pick a random 1-4pm move date during the weekday (off peak) And then there was Arizona Brothers moving, who came in the middle at $375 (tip not included), but let us select the date and time that works for us. William (owner) is extremely responsive and tolerant. I think my wife moved it 3 times and each time he was professional, courteous and flexible. Blaine and Alfredo showed up on time and was done in the projected 60 min time frame. Both of them were patient also and took care to remove the furniture and not damage any walls or doors. And super nice guys. Five Star movers. Highly recommended. We'll be using them again if we ever have any moving needs. read more

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS! I used them to move earlier this month (June 2024) and my experience was AWFUL! My long list of issues include: - An overall lack of professionalism by the movers. They were 1 hour late with no communication and I was greeted by one of the movers with a lit cigarette in his hand. - They did not use proper blankets or covers to move a majority of my furniture, resulting in multiple pieces of furniture now scuffed and damaged. I had to specifically ask them to wrap and take extra care with my antique pieces. - They did not have a mattress cover and made no effort to wrap or protect my mattress (even after I asked) so they moved my mattress BARE. This resulted in rips and snags in the mattress (that is less than 3 years old) as well as the MOVERS SWEATING ALL OVER MY BARE MATTRESS! (Their website promises they bring all the supplies to move you). - They were sliding pieces of furniture all over the vinyl wood flooring in my new apartment resulting in scratches and scuffs on the floor and on doorways. - I communicated prior to the move I had a large queen-size bed frame that needed to be taken apart and put back together; not only did they not bring a drill, but I had to take it apart and put it together by myself! I was quoted around $250 LESS than what the move ended up costing. Now, I understand I have a lot of things so it took longer to move me, but I do not believe the owner, William, asked enough questions around the amount of things I had to be able to give me a proper quote over the phone. When I contacted William about all the issues, there was no immediate apology for anything! He did work with me in bringing down the price for all the issues, but it was definitely a negotiation that I had to fight for, even when I was willing to forgive damage made to some of my furniture. I still ended up paying WAY too much for all the damage I found after I started to unpack. I only received an apology for the issues and a promise they will do better AFTER I paid him. Overall, the entire experience cost WAY TOO much for what I'm left with after. I was so uncomfortable throughout the moving experience and if I could go back in time I would stay far away from using them! *Update after the comment that was left* I was quoted $435, and the ending service ended up costing $675 (around $695 after credit card fees). After notifying William of the issues, he first offered $50 off and covering the $20 credit card fee (no offer to fix anything). After re-iterating damage w/ pictures, I offered to pay $500 in exchange for forgiving the damage (so I am not sure where that $300 discount came from). At no point was there an offer to fix anything as a first resort opposed to the discount. Every professional moving company I have used has provided me a mattress cover. It is listed on your website that you provide moving materials (as well as packing services) - if this is something that is not included, that is fine, but you need to let your clientele know. read more

These movers did a good job and I would recommend them. They showed up within the time frame estimated. They worked at a quick and steady pace and displayed team work. They wrapped all wood furniture in cloth and tied it to the trolley to reduce the risk of damage. We also forgot to disassemble a bed frame and they didn't even mention it - they just quickly took it apart and packed it. We also had a number of loose odds and ends so they created a large box for them to keep it all together. Basically they worked hard and with care like they were moving a family member. Also they didn't try rounding up the time spent when they billed me. This is great since their price was better than other companies I looked into. The only suggestion for improvement is on the administrative side. An email or text confirming the schedule would have been nice. I had to ask to make sure. A follow up a day before the move should have been nice. I started to wonder if they were coming at all and had to reach out. They were responsive when I reached out so not a big deal. read more

The truck they used was leaking power steering fluid. They left a mess in front of the neighbors drive way at both the house we were leaving and in front of the new neighbors house. Not a great way to leave friends behind or make a first impression on the new neighbors. The movers were mostly careful, they hit doorways a few times. They were polite and helpful placing things in the correct rooms and locations within the rooms. My main issue was the fluid stains left by the truck. read more

I requested an estimate through Yelp and scheduling with William on the phone took less than 5 minutes. On moving day, Frank was great with communications and kept me up to date on timing. Frank and his buddy moved nonstop and we were able to move all my furniture from my 2nd floor apartment in Scottsdale to my new house in Surprise. Strongly recommend them! After another local moving company I'd contracted with abandoned us on the day of our move, William (who was so kind when I was crying on our call), Frank, Chris, Juan and their team jumped in to save the day! They fit us in to their already busy schedule and got the job done for a very fair price. They communicated throughout the day to keep me informed as to when they would arrive and assured me that they would take care of us. These guys HUSTLE! I can't believe how fast they move and the care they took with our belongings. Even though they started at 5pm and worked until nearly 2am, they were upbeat (I was nearly asleep, I don't know how they did it!), professional and great to work with. I requested a quote through Yelp and William set up the appointment. I will say I was a little worried with the communication at first. I had to prompt a few things out of him initially (like payment, time, etc) but the guys who showed up were great. They moved fast after surveying the apartment and would only stop to ask questions about what was going on the truck. They wrapped and disassembled what was necessary. Not once did I see them stop to take a break. They did go over the time, but I don't think anyone realized how much there was (was never asked what was being moved on initial setup). We moved over the weekend. Two guys came instead of 3 but the last 2 hours were provided with 3 additional movers, this was very smart and professional from the owner. Everyone was happy. Keep in mind, if you need movers to bring tools to disassemble furniture, let them know as they dont carry their tools to every job. Movers did a good job except they damaged one wire from the couch, they should have wrapped it with tape. This is expensive couch and thats why im taking off one star. In addition, next time I would want them to wrap the couch with tape which they didnt do. read more

Arizona brother moved me last year. Upon moving again this year the movers and I discovered they completely ruined my bed, screws were stripped and it was put together halfway with several screws just sitting there and not drilled in. I knew when they were rebuilding it it seemed like they were rushing through it. They also broke my wardrobe with the excuse it was from Ikea. My roommates bed collapsed under her while she was sleeping and it was brand new before they moved it. I let it go last year, but now upon seeing the damage they did to my bed I feel the need to warn other consumers. Update* Williams review is defensive as ever, blaming the products and the person, instead of owning that they moved us hastily and did a shorty job. They went out of their way moving all my household items. The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is after the moving was completed we vacuumed the floors of the old house bedroom carpet floors and we sucked up a bunch of wooden screws. Firstly, the pre-move preparations and discussion with William were exactly what we needed to put our minds at ease during this stressful moving situation. We had to move out the day before we closed on our home, wait for the sale of our home to close and money to transfer over from the sale in order to close on our new home at some unknown time the next day (easy right?). Used these guys for my local move from Glendale to Sun City. 3 bed/2 bath single story to another 3 bed/2 bath single story. I told them and everyone else I got quotes from that I had 2 storage sheds, patio furniture, washer, dryer, refrigerator and a garage full of stuff. Everyone quoted 3 guys and a 26 foot truck. These guys worked hard and were careful. However, a couple of hours into the day they told me that the truck was going to be "tight" and they might not be able to fit everything in. They could make a second trip or strategically leave some stuff behind for me to move in my truck. Well, they left behind a TON of stuff. All my patio chairs and table, and a load of other boxes and other items. I was disappointed as it ended up to be a flatbed trailer and 5 pick up truck beds full of stuff. Now as I stated, everyone quoted the same size truck and the same crew, so I am guessing I would have had this issue with any mover. Perhaps a trip out to see if a 26 foot truck is sufficient would have been customer service. Now we get to the new house and they unload. They had to move out the old fridge and put in the one I brought from the old house, but again, this was above and beyond and they did fine. It took a while and my significant other had to help, but they did the job without complaint and without damage. It was my understanding that they would move everything into place where I wanted it, so we get to my office set up and oops! The guy who took about the desk and hutch FORGOT the brackets at the old house. Can't run my wires and then move the big piece into place without it being bracketed back together. The options we were give? One of us could run back and get the brackets while the movers waited. I was not going to pay them $134 an hour to stand around while I took a 45 minute ride to go get something THEY forgot. My other option was to have them go back and get the brackets but again, I would be paying for their mistake. I decided we would just handle it ourselves and cut them loose. The bill was fair for the service I received - 6-1/2 hours. I am a good tipper for good service, so I peeled off 3 $50 bills, one for each mover. The crew member who made the mistake and forgot the brackets was sitting in his car waiting to go home. Did not come in to say goodbye, thanks for your business, nothing. I handed the foreman the tips for all 3 guys. The two other crew members were gracious and said thank you. The one waiting in his truck did not even acknowledge the tip. In hindsight I should have only tipped the 2 crew members and in my opinion, the guy who forgot the brackets should have offered to go back and get them on HIS time, not mine, especially after I tipped. The reasons the star rating went down: 1. They left me with too much stuff to move myself. 2. Leaving behind a very important piece to my furniture that was crucial to set up 3.
