Don and Dillon were dispatched Wed. a.m. They arrived on time and were very nice, polite, efficient, and patient. They fixed 2 of the issues and we got an immediate estimate for the remainder with a list of options and prices. Called the BSR scheduler to approve remaining items on estimate and have them order parts. They are returning tomorrow (Friday) to complete the remaining work.
