Marysol came by to check the house, gave the quote. We scheduled right away. They came by 10 minutes before the start time. They cleaned throughly and do a great job. House smells like house again. The price is extremely reasonable and the final price and quote was not much different. No hidden fees or anything. They will send you a contract, a cleaning list to go over. It was my fault for not thoroughly inspecting what she did, but I tipped her almost half of the clean on the pure assumption that she DID do what I was looking for. It wasn't until much later in the day that I realized she didn't. I was happy to give her a chance, but I was upset bc I felt taken advantage of. I think she thought I was a sick, young homeowner who wouldn't know the difference. Unfortunately i was sick, but i was 37 at that time, and completely understood that it was a half hearted clean for $200 with a $75 tip.

The quality control and attention to detail is lacking with this company. I even gave this company…read morea second chance. The first time they "cleaned" they forgot an entire floor of my house. What they did clean, I just felt like they wiped things down in the house and didn't really feel or look clean. The edges of the wood floor along baseboards was dirty. They wiped crumbs from the kitchen table onto the chairs and didn't clean the chairs, etc. They did come back out and cleaned they rooms they had forgotten and also re-cleaned our areas of concern. I was pleased when they were finished. The following month I gave them another shot. This time they got all the rooms but it just felt wiped down, not clean. The front of the fridge and my trash cans weren't wiped down. One bathroom, which gets the most use, wasn't cleaned sufficiently. You could also tell whoever did the shower doors cleaned the upper parts of the glass but only bent down so far. The bottom few inches weren't cleaned. We could actually see the wiping swipes where they cleaned and where they had stopped. They did reach out to me after the cleaning to see if I was happy. I explained I wasn't and they offered to make it right, but I already gave them 2 chances. That was enough for me. If you're looking for attention to detail, I would look elsewhere.

They were friendly and efficient, plus they made sure I didn't misplace small items I would have left behind if it wasn't for their attention to detail. Highly recommend!!!
