I found Just Jumpers on Yelp through a project request. I booked on 8/17 for my daughter's birthday on 8/31. We paid in full for tables, chairs, and a jumper with a drop off time of 11am for the party starting at 1pm. At 11:17am I sent a message with no reply asking for an update on the time the delivery would be here. At 11:46am I called and was told the driver would be there at 12:30pm. At 1:06pm I was told the van broke down and they had to switch vans and were ten minutes away. At 1:26pm I was told still 10min away. At 1:53pm I was told 5min away and Kenneth would provide me the driver's phone number. At 2:10pm I still did not have the driver's number and no answer from Kenneth, he then texted me the number after not returning my call. I called the driver who said their van did not break down they were not given my order until the last minute and needed to complete their other deliveries first and that I needed to be patient. The delivery did not happen until 3pm. Meanwhile my party has already been in progress for 2 hours and my guests had no where to sit and my daughter did not have her jumper. We had family from out of state visiting specifically for this party and I was truly embarrassed. I sent Kenneth a message asking for some compensation with no reply. I have never experienced such disregard and apathy to taking responsibility for mishandling this delivery. read more

I was really hopeful to use Just Jumpers for my son's first birthday in July, after reading some good reviews here on Yelp. I contacted them to rent a bounce house, and Kenneth claimed they had the insurance required by the recreation center we will be using. I placed a deposit in February for their service. As months passed by and time got closer, I texted him asking for updates if he was able to get the insurance to the recreation center. As, we are less than a month away, the recreation center still have not received the insurance info. I texted him about this and he would not respond to my texts. Days later after feeling defeated, I told him I am cancelling and want a refund. I have YET to receive my refund, after 2 phone calls and numerous amounts of reminder texts. I have been more than kind, polite, patient with this company. Unfortunately the reviews are true, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND from this man! I don't understand how someone runs a business without keeping your word. It's absolutely disgusting how they take advantage of your kindness. I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. Update: I was finally refunded today. It took about 1.5 weeks, but it was finally resolved, which I can appreciate. read more

We used Just Jumpers for my daughter's birthday. Ken was able to get us the insurance information for the street permit in our neighborhood and followed through on everything as discussed. The Bounce house showed up as discussed at noon and they came to pick it up at 6 as we had agreed. Everything went well and we would definitely use this company again in the future. read more

I haven't had good luck with bounce house companies in the past and we were so fortunate to have found Just Jumpers. They delivered the same bounce house (kinda like a brightly colored regular one but with a giant slide attached to it which gave it that extra oomph that both parents and kids loved!) that was pictured in our communications, it was clean, arrived promptly and professionally set up exactly how and where we wanted and then picked up a bit after they said they would (so last of the kids at the party got some extra time). I'll definitely be reaching out to them for my daughter's birthday again and we recommended them to other parents at the party (one of which reserved with them right there). Thank you. read more

Do not rent from Kenneth As he stole our money and was completely unprofessional to deal with! See other review from two weeks ago where he did the same to another family. We had tons of kids waiting for and Bouncy House and he kept saying that he was coming and then would intermittently not answering his calls and he was quite late. He said he would issue a refund after a last minute no show but never did. Likely most of the positive reviews are fake. Feel free to DM me for more info- I am not a negative Yelp reviewer. My neighbors and I decided to get a bounce house for National Night Out, so I did some research (got bids from Yelp), and decided on Just Jumpers. Didn't realize we'd pay upfront (but it makes sense), but I conveniently paid with Venmo! Ken was terrific! Super friendly, the castle was reasonably priced (even had a slide and basketball hoop!), and Ken kept in touch with me throughout the day so I knew exactly when to expect him. When it was time for the house to deflate, his partner let us know that one of the kids left a sweater inside. It was such a great experience, I'm sure I'll be using them again. read more

We had a great experience with Kenneth and Just Jumpers. We were having difficulty finding a company that was available on the date of our little party. Kenneth had the jumper we wanted and was available. There was an additional fee because of the travel distance, but it was worth it. Call this this place last minute on the day of my daughter's tenth birthday after calling other places and trying to reserve online without any response (until the day after the party). Kenneth picked up the phone around 9am and after an extremely short, pleasant conversation he tells me he can have a bounce house in Vallejo before 1. He was here on time and set it up and left long before the party at 130. I was ecstatic. So was my daughter. Super happy with Just Jumpers. Called for an evening event and he was great about explaining the jumpers he had available. I liked that he accepted Paypal up front so I didn't have to deal with a wad of cash in the middle of the party. Kenneth was really straightforward by text, and he and his partner showed up right on time. We actually weren't ready for them to set up when they got there, but they were very understanding. Same thing when he came to pick it up (right on time again)... kids were still jumping and had to be chased out, but they were both cheerful with the kid who needed just one more trip down the slide.
