Very happy with their service. We had a big mess leftover from a remodeling project, brick, pallets, tile, boxes, an old gas stove and chimney pipe. I wasn't sure what or who to call so I went online and found Just Junk It. I called the owner Dave and he asked me to send some photos, then stopped by the next day to look at my job and to give me an estimate. The price was very fair so I scheduled a day and time that worked for me. He showed up as expected with his helper, actually came a little early, he put my dog on his leash as I had asked, (he's a runner) and was almost finished by the time I got home. They gave us a 30 minutes heads up but my phone wasn't working for & I didn't get it until Nico sent me a text saying he was there. When I searched them on my iPhone and eventually opened their site, there was a front and center presentation of "Call" or "Text". That impressed me too. I text him in the morning and a few hours later my driveway was free of junk we couldn't take when we moved.
