I didn't like the new Dr. That are there now. They don't seem kid friendly and lack patience.

Upon…read morewalking in, it immediately was terrifying to see such a beautiful building covered in "No Loitering" signs, clarifying that the loitering was refering to patients waiting outside of their doctors' clinics. The office was exactly that, the size of a few office cubicles, which I know is out of y'all's control, so I won't harp on it. What was and is within y'all's control is attitude and energy. The woman who brought me back to the room first and started cleaning my teeth was very kind, very gentle, and very respectful of my personhood, being that I am a human. I brought my mom into the room with me as an accountability partner for these kinds of situations, something Autistic people so often need when placed into directly dangerous and triggering situations like this experience became for me. We'd finished X-rays and were just about through cleaning my teeth when Dr. Lisa came into the room and immediately put her hands on me as she started fussing at, FUSSING AT, a grown woman for helping clean my teeth, for being incredibly accomodating and respectful while doing so, while she, Dr. Lisa, was behind schedule. "You don't do anything without me, you hear me? Next time don't do anything." My appointment was already 40 minutes late and my mom was talking about driving home in the parking lot, so this woman quite literally began my appointment just in time to score y'all business that y'all will never be seeing again. Back to the experience, I was too short for the giant panaramic photograph device and was jostled about by my shoulders as Dr. Lisa tried to pull me up and into the device, push my shoulders down and told me to relax them, while I had to stand on tip-toes to even put my chin up. She kept squeezing my arms and blaming my tensing, squirming reaction to direct squeezing pressure from a stranger on my arms on her "cold hands". It's because I don't know you and I'm not a dog. We gave up on the machine after she told me too many times to try to stop wiggling- I was having tremors and shaking with fear. By the time she got me back in the chair, I managed to shout, "I'm sorry, I don't like being touched." to which she rolled her eyes and said, "Nobody told me." People don't typically tell people these things, they just expect decency from a professional. This experience was completely dehumanizing. I felt compelled to leave this review as I feel that Dr. Lisa will blame my appointment not going well on the woman who helped me or perhaps on anyone else in the office and I needed to make it known that attitude and energy are not hard for anyone to pick up on, especially Autistic people. This experience is why I have the fear of dentist offices that I do. If you're the kind of Autistic who's not into manhandling and being talked to like a grown-up baby, think twice before making an appointment here.

Our experience there was for our daughter who had orthodontia. The usual visits are scheduled on Fridays as that's the only day their orthodontist is available. It worked for us until our puppy got a hold of her retainer. We had to wait for many weeks to be seen since Fridays are taken quite rapidly. I have no complaints. As long as you live up to your end of the deal when it comes to maintaining your retainer, you will be treated well. Her teeth are so straight. If you can find a new patient coupon, you could find some savings.

They scheduled me for Wednesday after telling them I can never come on any other day except for Monday so now I have to either miss a day of work and not be able to pay my bills or go without wearing something I paid hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars for very pitiful staff very pitiful Dentist please go somewhere else everyone I know that when here has left them and is now seen somewhere else
