This is a very important review. PLEASE READ. My wife heard a drip in the wall over the weekend. I was out of town, and she called a leak detection specialist, and they came by saying we have a significant leak. The guy was showing us a meter where water was collecting. We were being told could cost thousands and even over 10k. But, I saw no signs of water damage. I read the reviews on Avo and thought I need a second opinion. On the initial call he told me a few things over the phone to check as he did not want to waste my money. Eventually the drip continued, and he came by within an hour or so of my call. He did a very thorough inspection and confirmed my suspicions that there is no moisture anywhere. Nothing!!! He discovered we have a recirculating pump that evidently can cause expansion and contraction slightly in the hot pipe leading to the dripping sound. Best money I ever spent.
