I get at least 4-5 compliments a day regarding my puppy's hair cut. Marlon is like the dog whisperer. I'm so happy to find him, I was a client at the shop for 10 years before Marlon took over. Marlon is sweet,caring & an excellent groomer. 10 stars in my book. I get there Saturday at 8:30 & by 1pm Jax is done, smelling fabulous & looking like a show dog. Shiloh is a German Shepherd she goes to well rounded hound 5 days a week from nine thirty to three thirty. She loves them she is standing at the door waiting. For the past three days she could not go as she was sick when Jackie and the crew heard on Monday that I was afraid as her back legs went out they were the first people I called for support as soon as day camp was finishing up they all came over on their way home to help me get her to the vet and the concern was love that they had for her. Today one of the crew who she had not seen in a while came over and she went crazy with love he had been with her since she was six months old. My love for these guys is unbelievable. My daughter lives in Boston she has a shiba and every time she comes to visit she goes to camp. My niece who lives in Washington has a dachshund comes to visit he goes too and they all cannot wait to go they remember. As time goes on we now have two new members my daughters and mine new puppies Australian shepherds my Australian Shepherd goes daily my daughters when she visits. When I go away they go to fancy pants hotel and love it. Bottom line if you want your dog to be happy, loved and taken care of the price is brilliant compared to hiring someone to walk them two times a day and not play your dog is losing out they pick them up and drop them off. Only to say it wasn't so bad and that he'll offer 50% off. I'll leave the picture below for your own judgement. I also have a yorkie so decided after a year later, hey why not see if they can groom him and maybe it wont happen because its an easier cut and guess what. Same thing again. I contacted the owner only to receive back another email saying how the dog had eczema when he doesn't only on his stomach and i specifically told them that, they look for every excuse to not be responsible for the harm they caused my dog. This place is a joke. Do not take your puppy to this BUTCHER SHOP!

I really wanted to love this place as it's one of the only daycares that works for someone working…read morebeyond a 9-5 schedule and the owners have a nice story, but so far it's only been okay at best. Do not expect to have the webcams work, they never do. I've also only received video posts or pics when I call and ask them, and it's mostly them standing outside the pen randomly filming a few minutes of dogs barking crazily or sitting bored. My main concern is the staff to dog ratio always seems off, and some of the employees don't always seem attentive to the dogs or anxious behaviors. Often (at least in the morning) there is just one employee with up to ten or more dogs. I've walked in for drop off and had to shout for someone to come out from the back while plenty of dogs are in the pen with no supervision. If a fight had broken out between the dogs, I can't imagine how bad it could get! They offer feeding and some sort of potty schedule, but there is no nap or break time option and the dogs mostly seem to be in the same play area every time (despite the facility have two or three?) without new activities, size groupings, or activity level groupings. Not industry standard which is a shame. I hope you can invest in a few more staff or volunteers and PLEASE GET YOUR CAMERAS OR CONSISTANT PICTURE REPORTS GOING.

I was at the counter and kindly put my wallet back in my back and walked out and its cool, mother nature is taking care of her, she's aging horribly! Guess the business is so great they can afford to lose customers. Hopefully another pet shop comes to the neighborhood, we could use another one option!
