While menu prices have steadily increased by roughly $3 to $9 per item over the past year, the quality of the food, portion sizes, and overall service have all declined. During our most recent visit, many of the items we came for were unavailable. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we ultimately decided to leave. At these price points, it's unreasonable to expect guests to settle for limited options. And if there are significant menu limitations, they should be communicated upfront! Service was also a concern. There were only two servers for the entire restaurant, and while our server, Kay, is typically excellent, she seemed overwhelmed and off her game. After a long wait, we placed an appetizer order, only to wait even longer before she returned and asked if we wanted appetizers. Are you kidding me right now? I think that was the moment I was over this place. She proceeded to tell us the collard green dip wasn't available along with three or four other items we were considering.
