Awful. First of all the don't have any sheets so they are rubbing you under a towel. Towels are too small. Then they use their elbows which is fine I get it. All the towels smelled gross and unwashed and the bed was so thrashed that I could feel the wooden frame. I don't know why I didn't walk out. To top it off, the massage was not good at all. I've had my share of massages as I get one monthly, and this is the worst massage I've had in my LIFE. No exaggeration. I had to stop it after 25 mins because it was painful. The lady was just rubbing with her elbows with hot oil. My back currently feels as if I got a bad sunburn. Aside from that, they were trying to charge me extra even though the prices are listed. I think they were upset I stopped it early. Also I did not tip, because it was horrible. I honestly feel I should have not paid at all being that it was so terrible, but I paid them their half hour and ladies were still following me to the parking trying to get me to pay more, like I paid what was fair and listed. Always does a great, thorough job. I've been going for over a year every other wk. They are very intense so you should verbally communicate if you don't want so hard. While you get your own room, the walls don't connect to the ceiling so you can hear people in other rooms. If the phone rings you hear that too. For a 60 minute foot massage you will get your money worth! Your massage starts with a head and neck massage for about 15 minutes. Following, you'll also receive an arm and hand massage. The foot massage comes next and is very relaxing with great pressure. The next part is a little surprising, a back massage!! Not sure if this was an extra bonus but I received a back massages and it was DEEP tissue. The pressure is intense, if you have knots this may be the perfect treat for you!! I found the massage to be relaxing, my back needed the pressure to work out a years worth of knots. If you're sensitive it may be painful for you. Personally, I didn't mind. It pains me to write this review. This used to be my quick, effective, no frills massage place for many, many years. I had such a bad experience the last time I went that I will now be looking for a new place. I called for an appointment for an hour, which was confirmed at time of booking. However, when I showed up, the workers seemed startled, like I was unexpected, and were shouting back and forth to each other. After 5 minutes of this exchange, I was told it's ok and I can get a massage. I asked three times if they were sure as I come here regularly and I can just come back another time. They said it was fine. I proceeded to the massage. Only once I was undressed and already on the table did the lady tell me that she would do forty-five minutes instead of an hour. The massage itself was rushed and painful. Definitely not the usual quality. I was left alone several times so phones could be answered. There was still a lot of shouting at each other between rooms. I don't speak the language these ladies were speaking but the body language and massage quality felt frantic. I was more stressed at the end of the massage than when it started. I left a 10% tip, which felt generous for the miserable experience I had just had. (Normally used to leave more than 20% tip.) The lady argued with me about the tip and told me I'm "no good." Sadly this place and massage was "no good." I won't be returning and I wish them well. read more

Jing Spa is my go to local spot for a deep tissue massage after a killer weightlifting session or hike. At $70 for a 90 minute massage with oil and hot stones, it's an excellent deal. It would be nice if their headrests (face rests? Not sure what to call them) were a little comfier (padded and separate from the tables) and if the hot stones were a little hotter, but for the price and convenience this place is fantastic. The staff is always friendly and kind, and they really do make an effort to accommodate same day bookings. I feel like I'm walking on clouds every time I leave this place. It's a no nonsense massage place. The rooms don't have ceilings so you might hear goings on from other rooms or the front area (like if the phone rings). If you're looking for a spa (like, with showers, steam rooms, etc.), this isn't your place. If you're looking for an affordable massage with some nice touches like hot stone treatment, etc, you just might like Jing Spa. Also, if you look on-line, you can find a $5 off coupon. Communicating with your masseuse might be an issue. I definitely wasn't able to have a conversation with her, just pointed out the areas of my body that hurt the most, then it was only a few "you ok?" from her when I guess I groaned during some harder pressured periods. But, on the other hand, you can completely relax as you don't have to worry about a masseuse telling your their life story while you're trying to relax. They have a price list at the front, you point to what you want and follow your masseuse back to your room. They show you in and leave so you can disrobe and lay on the table. After that, it's all massage and then wait for her to take the towel off your face - that means you're done. There was a clock in my room so you know your get your hours worth.
