After the appointment, the same woman in the front was checking us out and i mentioned we had gift cards we wanted to use for our services and wanted to also make sure the promotion was applied. She said ok and that she would send me the receipt. Nervous to leave, we lingered to wait for the receipt but she continued to say she would send it. On my way home i received a call saying she needed my credit card information so i gave it to her over the phone. I checked my email and saw my receipt. I was charged nearly double what we should've paid. I called back and she said that we cannot use gift cards on massages that have the discount. MIND YOU, she called and also never stated this knowing we had already spoken regarding the promotion. I called again after rereading the promotion i received and there is no word or statement saying i couldn't use a gift card for part of my payment. I have never even heard of this concept especially that a gift card is still a form of payment. She said i could talk with management and she'll give them my info. At this point i dont even know what to believe. I'm in so much disbelief at my experience. I truly love everything else and the massage therapists are amazing but my experience with the front has been a nightmare and i can't keep coming knowing it's like this every time which leaves me torn. I went here for 2 different days as my places shower/bath couldn't be used due to plumbing. While I…read moream still arguing that my landlord owes me some compensation for 10days of not being able to use, I decided to come as my kids needed to bathe. Each evening started with shower to clean ourselves and get in the warm bath. Then go into the hot. Finally to get in the shock bath. Felt really good. Kids had a blast as it was very big and acted like a swimming pool. I even am considering the 10 day pack as even if my place has bath, its relaxing to be here. The people are nice and the free items to uses--razor, tooth brushes, etc. are great. The food I have tried before but we brought our own as we knew one day would be closed due to time and another because we didnt want to eat what was on the menu except for a mango milk shake, which we bought. We'll be back.
