I was visiting friends who live here in the area and I wanted to pick up some meats for a Fourth of July barbecue. Four ribeyes I walked in and out and five minutes and had some of the best steaks I've ever made. We highlighted it with a steak board and Malden Salts. Friendly service with a family atmosphere. No frills but a clean facility and it seemed like they can supply any meats for your needs. read more

The BEST meat ever! My husband and I just moved here. I found Just Meats on Yelp and I cannot recommend them enough. So far we have tried their ground beef (excellent price and taste,) their ribeye steaks (best we've ever had and we just moved from TN where we bought whole cows from different farmers numerous times.) Their marinated Carne Asada melts in your mouth and their Wagyu patties are so good. What stands out for me is that the owner allowed me to purchase a full beef liver and has been extremely accommodating for phone orders. I've called, requested what I'd like, he then calls me back with order total, I pay over the phone and then come in and pick up at my convenience, same day. Everything is packed and ready to go. That is so helpful especially because I have a baby and time is limited. Check this great business out. You will find QUALITY meat; nothing at the grocery store compares. Hubby and I came in today to look for beef for carne asada and found beautifully marbled Flap meat! We bought 5 lbs We also purchased a pound of their bacon....so glad we did because it smells amazing! The smokey aroma was too good to not cook up half a slice for a taste test.....delicious! I followed the butcher's recommended cooking instructions and it came out more rare than medium rare after resting, so I simply added a few more minutes. We almost missed out on we pulled up on a Saturday afternoon and the sign on the door said closed. Luckily, I convinced my husband to go check the door because the wind has just turned the sign over!! So.... the butcher came out to fix the sign and we were in business!! Excellent service and delicious pork! We called ahead of time and asked if they had pork chops for German schnitzel. We then asked if it was possible for them to tenderize the meat and they did! The man who did it actually looked up a schnitzel recipe to make sure he tenderized it correctly. It was all really for pick up when we arrived. It made the dinner making process that much easier. 10/10 recommend! read more
