We hired him to cater our wedding, he treated us like family from start to finish, he listened to all of my dreams and made them all happen. My wedding day was perfect because of Erik, the details were Exquisite and the food was beyond delicious. The presentation of the food was that of a 5 star hotel even though it was held in my backyard. Everything was delicious and our guests are still talking about the taste and presentation were top notch. HIs presentation, his talents, his communication was all AMAZING! Great catering on time, punctual and great price. I ordered catering for 8 people. The catering consisted of tortillas and three meats- hand cut marinated chicken steak asada and slow roasted carnitas. Rice and beans. Full salsa bar including onion and cilantro, pico de Gallo, fresh cut limes, avocado cilantro sauce, three salsas as well as tortilla chips and they also provide all the plates napkins forks and utensils. The food was still warm when it arrived and it was packed neatly. The owner delivered the food to us since he was short on staff. We contracted with Erik at Steven's Tacos for our 50th Wedding Anniversary Party this past Saturday at The Aquatic Center. Erik was super easy to work from the very first phone call. His food was AMAZING and PLENTIFUL. He was there the entire event making sure the serving dishes were full throughout the party. As the party wound down, he left us with plenty of food to send the guests off with a snack before they drove home. The prices are were very reasonable too. I hired Stevens Tacos for my dad's life celebration in Rotary Park. I spoke with Erik a couple of months prior to the event, and let him know we were looking at about 40 people. Talking to him, he wanted to make sure we would be happy with the meal, so he and his wife offered to make us the dinner to see how we liked it prior to ordering it all. It was wonderful. We had the 3 different meats for the tacos, Mexican corn, rice, beans, and taquitos. The food was great, they showed up right on time, and we then confirmed them to cater it. Spoke with him a couple of days prior, he assured me everything was on target. They showed up to a very crowded park, brought their grill and all the fixens out and and proceeded to cook us all a great meal. Everyone enjoyed the meal, and I wouldn't hesitate to call and have them do another event. Their prices were VERY reasonable, they cooked it all right in front of us, and packaged it all up and let us take it home.
