Here in the AV, when it's cold, IT's COLD. I let Joe know that we had our AC replaced this summer and shame on me for not calling Joe to service the AC as well. I went with ECONO West from a referral of a friend. Worst experience with the exception to the main guys' subcontractor, Eddie, who was in the attic in 108° weather. Unfortunately, Joe speculated they probably didn't open the gas valve when they completed the work on my AC. Sure enough, it was exactly that but since my furnace is also in the attic, Justin had to move aside boxes that are stored up there to get to the gas valve to open it. In the process he offered to change my air filter and educated me on how often to change it and an easier way to do so. After the heater was up and running, Justin even returned all the storage boxes to their same spots. Appreciated Justin's professionalism and kindness.
