Absolutely love Michelle's craftsmanship!!! She is so sweet, accommodating, and so so so dedicated to her work. She really took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and that I was comfortable. Michelle is definitely a perfectionist. The bedding you lay on is suuuuuuper comfy -- enough to make you fall asleep (I did) and they provide some blankets in case you get cold. The interior is very pretty and classy. They have a room for bridals, and a room for blowouts/beauty needs. And a gorgeous bathroom with facial cleansers in case your face is a little oily before you start. Now for the lashes, they are amazingly comfortable and light!! It was my first time getting them done, and Michelle made them look full yet natural. She explains how to take care of them and if you forget, there are reminders on the back of their business card. She even gave me a few clean mascara wands to help clean and shape them when I get home. I love it!! This place is very new and opened not to long ago, so they are doing a special promotion. Definitely give them a call! Parking: there are a few spaces specially reserved for lash & beauty customers, but there should be ample parking in the plaza. read more

I took a chance buying a groupon for (3) microdermabrasion facials with no reviews of what sort as this is primarily known for lashes. Michelle was able to get my appointments in easily, and she is very thoughtful in asking if it is hurting during the microderm facial. The first time I got the facial, it was very short and no extractions. The next time I asked for more extractions and care, and both facials ended up being great. Your face will feel a bit raw but its worth getting that extra dirty layer off of your face! read more

I had a great first time experience here! Communication was really fast and I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The actual studio is well decorated and comfortable, making it a pampering experience. I got the Natural Set and it took around 45 minutes to get done. I woke up like this. YaY! These are the best lash extensions I have tried. They look natural and stay on 3-5 weeks. I had been going to Michelle for about a year and she just opened this gorgeous new salon with her friends. It looks and smells like a spa inside yet it's very affordable and worth it because they last so long. Also, I stopped wearing makeup. Other places I had stinging or red eyes or cheap sharp plastic poking my lash line until they fell off. Never with Michelle. She takes her time, they are glued undetectably and you are wrapped under soft blankets. Talking with her is like being with your new bff. read more

What a lucky find. I found the lash & beauty studio on Groupon. Groupon sake was a great deal, but before buying the Groupon I called to make sure they were open and find out if I needed to make an appointment. The lovely and friendly lady who answered informed me the studio was closed but she was running errands in the area and could meet me at the studio to thread my eyebrows. The service was awesome, the studio was clean and well decorated and the staff was very friendly and professional. My eyebrows never looked this good. read more

My lashes look natural and feel natural - seriously have had so many people stop me to tell me how beautiful my lashes are and they are shocked when I tell them they are extensions. Michelle did a great job. She was pleasant to talk to, explained the whole process and the groupon paid for everything (besides tip!). I got the natural lashes which she says have a shelf life of 5-6 weeks, but she did a great job. Refills for them are $45 and she well accept refills up until the three week mark. Oh my goodness what can I say about Michelle. She is such an amazing person. So talented on what she does. I have her thread my eyebrows and tint my eyebrows. Also, tint my eyelashes. Always turns out amazing. Just recently she had done my hair and makeup twice. Both times have been up to parr. I am so extremely satisfied on the two occasions. I wish I can give her more than 5 stars because I would give her one million stars. I got so many compliments too. She is an amazing person and has become a great friend of mine. I am so happy I have found Michelle. I did not know that we would get along so well. Even my mother in law who barely gave compliments said I looked amazing. Man I was shocked and flattered. She does not say that about just anyone. What I like is that Michelle just knows what looks good on people. I like that she wants to see the outfit then she knows which makeup and hair looks good with it. Now my mother in law booked an appt with her yay. Not impressed at all. I paid extra for a fuller lash look and followed all care instructions, didn't touch my eyelashes to keep them on for longer, but they started falling out as soon as she finished the extensions, before I even left the shop! For the past few days several (6-9) lashes fall off EACH DAY. Not only is it uncomfortable but also makes me feel like coming here for eyelash extensions is such a waste of money. I've had extensions before and they never fell out so fast and frequently. Shouldn't have come here. read more

Great experience only took an hour for my lash extensions. They look great everyone's given me compliments on them, only things is I'm a perfectionist and feel that one of my eyes has a slightly less amount of extensions then the other and I'm wired with stuff like that lol. Beautiful studio, very clean and professional. The lashes, application, and glue they use is some of the best I've had I barely notice the weight of lashes and they fall off naturally with your hair cycle. I was really worried if extensions were starting to damage my natural hair so she took the time to assure me why and how her applications are safe and keep your lashes healthy. I have been looking for a great lash artist since I've moved to the bay area for about over a year and had the worst experiences until I found Lash & Beauty Studio. I started wearing lashes since 2012 so I'm experienced enough to know quality work when I see it. This is the best experience I've ever had, there was no burning or pain during application. My lashes were full and fluffy without looking fake. I highly recommend this place for eyelash extensions. I wanted natural looking lashes that appear to have a bit of mascara on and that's what Michelle gave me. She didn't try to persuade me to go longer or more dramatic like others . She has a steady hand and I had no burning of eyelash glue in my eyes. read more
