You start off by taking your shirt off afterwards and put on a robe before getting on the bed. She then starts off with a forehead, temple, neck, and shoulder massage. After that's finished, she puts on a heated eye mask and then begins all the hair things. My hair was washed with OLAPLEX shampoo about 2x, and throughout it all she is massaging my head nonstop. I love the head massage the most! There is a water ring around your head that waterfalls on vou to rinse vour hair multiple times as well. She also uses a head scratcher which gave me so many tingles! The treatment finishes off by washing your neck and shoulders. She ends it by using a DYSON SUPERSONIC HAIR DRYER to blow drying my hair. I don't have enough hair for brow lamination and knew the best option for me would be PMU. I started searching on instagram for Bay Area brow artists and landed on Erita's inkscode studio page. Just by first impression, the work speaks for itself. You can tell that Erita is very passionate about her business and is a skilled pro artist. Seeing the before and after photos + videos definitely had me interested in getting nano brows done asap. Luckily for me, I had the amazing opportunity to be a model (on my birthday!) for Erita's 1 on 1 class with a student. Since it was a training session, the process did take about 6 hours to complete (normally takes 2-3 hours). As a model, you do have to be patient and understanding that Erita has to slow down to educate the student and allow them to get hands-on practice. If you ever have the chance to be a model and are concerned about trusting the student, I will say that Erita works on about 95% of your brows. She did go over the students work and made necessary corrections if needed. My overall experience was wonderful! If I could give 10 stars I would. Erita was easy to communicate with via text and Instagram DM. Her personality is very friendly and relatable. She continues to further her own education and is a great teacher to others who want to start their PMU career. Erita is such a boss babe in her grinding era! I'm happy to have met her and her student. Both ladies worked great together and I left the salon suite very grateful for my new brows.

I used to come here regularly and had always appreciated their eyebrow threading, but unfortunately…read moremy most recent experience has made me decide not to return. I had a loyalty card that was one stamp away from earning a free eyebrow threading. During one of my visits, I asked for my stamp and was told by the gentleman working there that they no longer used the physical stamps and had moved everything into their system. He told me that all I would need to do for future visits was provide my phone number. He specifically asked me for my loyalty card, and I handed it to him because I trusted that he was transferring my existing stamps into their system. When I returned for another eyebrow threading and provided my phone number, there was no record of my previous stamps. I was then told that they had no proof of the stamps and could only give me the one stamp for that current visit. What really disappointed me was that I had physically handed my loyalty card to an employee after being told that my stamps would be entered into the system. If I had known my previous stamps would not be honored, I obviously would have kept the card as proof. At this point, it's not about the free eyebrow threading itself. It's about being given specific information by an employee, trusting what I was told, and then being left with no way to recover the loyalty stamps I had earned. I feel that my card and loyalty should have been respected, especially since I was a returning customer. Unfortunately, because of this experience and the way the situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I hope the business takes this as an opportunity to make sure employees are properly communicating changes to the loyalty program and that customers' previously earned rewards are honored.
