Two walk-in customers who came after me also sat down, were greeted, and when we were all eventually seated, they were attended to immediately while I was left waiting. After 25 minutes of being disregarded, I got up to leave, only then did someone ask me to "please wait." By then, it was obvious that I was not a priority. The difference in how I was treated (I'm a black woman) compared to the other (white) customers was glaring and unacceptable. I have supported this business before, but after experiencing this blatant disrespect and bias, I will never return. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

Big props to the young woman running this bustling business- a one-woman show- with integrity and respect. I booked my appointment online, which was very quick and easy. I've been a few times, hoping once I got into their grove, things would improve. I can't even count the number of unreturned voicemails I've left. In mid September of 2017, I called then and left a message saying that it is unacceptable of them to book an appointment so far in advance. the appointment should only take 10 minutes and i cant believe that they are incapable of seeing me sooner than April. I told them that if they do not reschedule me to some point within one month of this phone call I will absolutely file a complaint on Yelp about them. Today a week after I called them, my doctor called me. Apparently they claim that I have been making "threatening phone calls" apparently a threat to report them on Yelp is what they consider to be a "threatening phone call". There is only one treatment room for either single or couples. Sandra pays close attention to your needs so this works very well for her business.
