There were 3 guys and they explained exactly how they'd approach the house and the windows. We have mostly very new windows and just a few older ones. They got to work immediately on the outside (3 stories) and were absolute pros at working the ladders. Before I knew it they were ready to start the inside...and again...experts at moving through the house efficiently. They finished at 11:20...that was much faster than I expected!
