Minus -* actually, Groupon buyer beware! I Would advise to stay away from this "company". I use the term "company" loosely because it is one woman with no staff. I called nearly a month ago to get an appointment and received a voicemail saying appointments needed to be set up online at just relax.biz. (Groupon told me this is not correct she must make appointments how she agreed to it on their website which was by phone) I went to the website and it showed she was booked through May2018, This was in early November. (I knew this could not possibly be true) I called the company back and this time waited for the beep and left a message stating the above. I got a call back the next day saying that they only book 1 month in advance and November was already filled. She advised me to call back on 30 November and December would become available. (she said if I did not call on 30 November that I probably would not be able to get in in the month of December, so I put a reminder in my phone) I told her that My Groupon expires December 14 She stated if I did not get an appointment before the 14th I would have to pay full price would be required to pay the difference between the Groupon price I already paid and the regular price. My reminder came up today and I went to the website where I was able to select a massage time, however it would not allow me to complete the transaction after I entered my personal information. I got completely out and tried it again without success. At 9 AM I called the business and left a message. At 10:15 AM I called back and left another message. Shortly after that the owner/manager/receptionist/massage therapist Lola,(I only know this because the website said that to my massage would be with) called me and said the problem must be on my end. I told her I went out to the website several times and even had an appointment time but the site would not confirm. She suggested I find another computer to try it on and resubmit it again. She told me I needed to do it quickly as the slots were filling up. I advised her I did not have access to another computer and my mobile device is working just fine. I asked if she could please just booked the two massages that I had paid for. She refused. When I asked for her name she would not respond, there was just silence on the other end. At one point in the conversation she told me she had to do a massage soon so she had to go. I asked her if she was the manager; she said she was the manager/receptionist/massage therapist. I asked her, does that mean you are the ONLY employee and she said yes. I Pressed her to find a resolution for this issue and she said she did not know what to tell me. There was silence on the phone for about 30 seconds and I asked her again if she was there and what solution she could provide? She said she had no solution. Really???? You own the place and you can't make a simple appointment???? I was on the phone with her for 7 minutes answering questions about how I entered the information online etc. She could have book an appointment for myself and my husband in two minutes but instead was obstinate and unyielding in her conviction that the problem was mine, not hers! I finally told her I guess I was going to have to contact Groupon and get a refund? She said yes, I think so! Since this whole bad business deal ended up taking up so much of my time and energy I just decided to spend a little bit more time and energy letting you know what you might expect!!! read more

I've been to many places to get massages but "Just relax spa" has to be one of the hands down best places I've been. The services was out standing and the area was clean and quite. I plan to return many more times. Thank you to the owner Ms.Sanders for her magic touch and great service. read more

Very hard to get appointment scheduled. Hard to work with my schedule since I work nights. Everyday I wanted to schedule they were either booked or closed. Can't scheduled in advance, has to be month of. Will not go here again. read more

Do not purchase a groupon. The "company" is not helpful with scheduling appointments online and has limited availability. Manager, Lola, referred me to a 1-800 number to book an appointment online instead of trying to help schedule the appointment on the phone numerous times over the past 6 weeks. I purchase a 60 Minute Couple's Massage Groupon over a year ago. Every time I called to try to make an appointment they told me they are booked. At one point I asked about the expiration date on my groupon and they said they would still honor it past the expiration date. I have tried numerous times to book the service that I already paid for to no avail. I tried again today. According to their website they are booked until July. I'm sure I will never be able to but the appointment that I already paid for. Terrible way to do business!!!!! read more

I called their telephone number and got the recording to go to the website to make an appointment. As far as I could tell, they don't accept voice mail messages. Because the first available appointment was after my Groupon was going to expire (yes it was my fault I lost track of the time) I then followed their link on their website to their email to ask if they have a list of people they would call if an appointment was cancelled. That was on a Friday. I didn't get a response so I sent another email the next Wednesday and still didn't receive a response. I know this is the age of technology, but you still have to engage on a person level. Even though the amount of the Groupon wasn't excessive, this was a lesson learned. read more

I purchased a Groupon and set my appointment. Upon arrival I had to complete a new patient form and I obliged aside from a small section asking for insurance information. Lola became very confrontational when I explained that I was uncomfortable providing my insurance information after I had already paid in advance. She pressed and acted as if she was trying to bill my insurance in addition to redeeming the Groupon voucher. When I politely declined to offer that information, she refused services and told me to contact Groupon for a refund. read more

The experience wasn't great. I showed up for my appointment and the place was locked up. I knocked on the doors and it looked abandoned. I called and left a message about being there, then got in my car to drive home. Ten minutes later, she called me and said come back, we are here! So, I drove back and the massage was ok, but she demanded that you tip $20. Doesn't do much good to use a Groupon and then have to pay another $20 on top of that. I shouldn't have paid it, but I just wanted to get out of there. read more

Refused my scheduled service because i had a service dog!!!! The owner even said that my husband had scheduled it for me, and failed to mention i would have a service dog with me. I walked in for my scheduled appointment. I happen to have my child's service dog with me, (My child is 7 so when her service dog is out my husband and I are it's guardians and are therefore liable. So he becomes our service dog when out) because we were switching cars and he couldn't fit in her daddy's car. Anyway, the owner asked me who I was talking to and I simply said "oh max he is a service dog" before I could say anymore she cut me off and said I had to reschedule. I explained at length that he is a service animal and that it is illegal to reject services because I have him. I tried to educate her. But she said "no". So I asked for a refund and she refused that too! She said we bought it through groupon so we'd have to go to them for the refund because they hadn't payed her. I then took name, number, owner, information etc. I educated her more and asked why she was again refusing service. She stated that "he ain't never been here before". She refused service, she refused to make it right by refunding the money, she refused everything. I finally left disappointed and upset. I have never been so aggrevated and humiliated. What if my child had been with us. How embarrassing. read more

The massage was great... don't get me wrong. But the customer service was horrid. The lady on the phone was extremely short with me for scheduling and since I was a groupon customer, I had to schedule 2 weeks + out! Now with the hours they are open I know they aren't THAT busy! Don't jip groupon customers just because YOUR business decided to run the coupon. read more

RIP OFF! After purchasing a groupon massage for my hubby as a gift, he gets there only to be told up front he would be required to pay $20 TIP by the end of the massage. The groupon plus an undisclosed tip added upon arrival made the massage more than the stated price on their website for a first time customer. Even stating that this was not made aware to us upon scheduling the appointment nor at the purchase of the groupon, they refused service until it was agreed that the $20 would be paid. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY'S BULLSHIT GROUPON. They are CON ARTIST trying to get extra money from you plus whatever they make off the groupon. I had a groupon to use for message services. Lola was very pleasant and professional, she explained what she was going to do before we started asked about pressure and if I had questions throughout my session. She gave me a vvery good quality message and paid special attention to areas I had mentioned before we started. I was also impressed with her knowledge and the variety of services she can supply. The only thing I would change would be her location as Im not fond of the beauty parlor atmosphere and it was kind of noisy but she is working on that! Thanks for a relaxing morning! read more

I bought a Groupon and called to redeem it today, October 21, 2016. Left a message in their general mailbox and received a call back from a very rude woman. I asked if they had any appointments for next Saturday and said sorry totally booked. She then gave me one other option in November. I asked about other days and she was not helpful nor willing to take a moment so I can redeem my Groupon. I then expressed my feelings in a professional matter by stating how she was rude, unhelpful, and how unacceptable it was they extend this offer and then treat people as if they are inconveniencing them by redeeming it. She then snidely asked if she could put me on hold and I said no but she did anyway. I hung up but will call back and communicate my experience to a manager. read more
