I always get the multiple hand massage. You can get a four handed massage (I have gotten up to ten hands!) I'm a coach and referee and this place is open late, until 9pm. I've had a few appointments where I had to wait a bit even though I had an appointment and it was so frustrating. Once a lady was a walk in and I waited an hour after my appointment. I wanted reflexology and a body rub. I only got reflexology and then they took the walk in instead of completing me appointment. Sometimes they book you but don't have the staff to complete the service. And don't think you're getting an apology! but once you're in, let the magic begin. Xin Li is the older lady and her hands are amazing! Firm and she gets all the spots you didn't know you needed kneaded! The man that works there does a great job on my feet. There's a bit of a language barrier so that's frustrating, but if you need something specific & you call the number; the lady answering isn't always there, but I believe she can translate & relay the message to her staff. She's fluent in English. They also give you a punch card and once you fill it you get ten min free or $10 toward the next visit I believe. Totally recommend. Budget friendly! I love the warm soak before they began the massage. They also took care when I mentioned i had pain in my foot due to pay broken bones that never fully healed. This place was awful! They were very unkind to my friend. He was charged an additional $16 on top of the Groupon that he had already purchased for a "private room" when the place was completely empty. He was told this AFTER he had begun to disrobe. The massage itself was also horrible. The masseuse was untrained and even FARTED during the massage. After the massage was over, the owner arrived and was very rude! She told my friend that he was being dramatic only because he did not want to pay a fee that was not specified by Groupon or the business until he was in a vulnerable position. I went here as a treat to myself on Mother's Day 2021 before spending the rest of the day with my family. I asked for an hour long foot massage. As I sat in this place, 20 minutes past my appointment time, my massage lady proceeded to call me to the chair and after an additional 15 minutes, proceeded to soak my feet in some semi warm water. No big deal. Then she helped me get comfortable by adjusting my chair to the semi laying position. It was rather warm inside as I am naturally a cold person. She draped a large towel over me and my internal thermometer had me sweating! She asked me to take off my glasses and place them in a pail with my purse next to me. I was wondering why did she ask for me to remove my glasses. The next thing I know, she was behind me massaging my forehead and then my entire head. I was very caught off guard because 1: she didn't ask if that was ok and 2: since the weather was cold and windy, I'd sprayed a lot of holding spray on my hair. Needless to say when she finished her "relaxing technique" I was left looking like Sonic the Hedgehog! I mean utterly embarrassed. Then she didn't stop there!! It got worse. Ok I came in for a foot massage right?? Well, she then started massaging my neck, upper chest above my breast, arms, hand and thighs! I went along because she said "this was a part of the relaxation technique... to relax not just one part of the body which wouldn't be beneficial." Yea... I should've just got up and left because her hands felt like rolling pins on dough! VERY PAINFUL. Digging into my skin VERY ROUGHLY as I had to say it's way too much pressure. She responded, " if you no feel pain, you no get a real massage." Now... I admit, I don't get a "professional" massage often, but 1: LISTEN TO YOUR CLIENT and 2: rough doesn't always feel good! And 3: ALWAYS ASK if your client has any medical conditions that would be harmful if pressed too hard such as a previous surgery... like I did. I was in excruciating pain but she said I'll be feeling great later as she needed to loosen up my tissues. Yea right. More like probably set up a blood clot! I pray not. Then finally... the foot massage. Just as painful. Now you may think I'm just sensitive but NO, I've had 3 other massage experiences in other places and none was painful! I was just so disappointed because if she'd listened to me, the experience would've been fantastic. Not only would I never return there but I'd advise anyone I know our reading this to never set foot in that place. They cannot be working under a licensed practice. All the rest of the day, I still felt lingering pain throughout my body. Not to mention I had to go home and fight through the holding spray on my hair just to restyle it for my evening out. This is by far the best massage ever place I have EVER been to! I have come here now for years and get mainly reflexology on my feet clothed in the chair . I have been treated for hypothyroidism through reflexology and am no longer on medicine due to that and nutrition. i had a message and the man was told before message not hard but the whole message was very hard and he eventook his fingers and on both sides of my head on my temples pushed real hard.
