This small shop has helped me quite a bit for the past 2 years from celebrations to condolences. Even with last minutes orders the friendly staff knocks it out of the park. I'm not too picky when it comes to floral decorations (I mean why should I, they're not for me) so I leave it up to the team and with excitement I got some beautiful bouquets. I just cancelled my order with this company at the very last step of the process when I saw that they were adding in an unannounced $9.99 fee for first-time orders. When I hovered my pointer over the charge, I was told, "Good news! We appreciate your repeat business, so we won't charge this again if you order from us again using the same email address." Been using Just Roses for Valentine's Day and other special occasions for over 20 years. First, the Richland store closed which now requires me to drive to Pasco or Kennewick. Now, I called yesterday morning to request a Valentine's Day bouquet and was told that they don't take phone orders for that special day. Rather, one has to "drop in" and wait in line for someone to take an order and then wait until it's ready. Of course, delivery is available, but who wants to sit around the house awaiting the flowers? Or who knows the daily schedule of their special person on Valentine's Day? Have they gotten too big for their britches or is this just another symptom of success in the Tri-Cities. Their Kennewick facility is certainly not pleasing to the eye and has a very small waiting area. read more

I went in today for a very last minute bouquet. The woman there was able to do it and she did it for half of what other florists around were asking for a simple bouquet. She threw in a bootineer too. The florist was very friendly as well. Customer service seems to be so rare nowadays. It's nice to see someone who seems to actually care if the customer is happy!! read more

Ordered some flowers for moms birthday. Got an email saying they were delivered, called mom, she said they were not delivered, just a note saying they missed her. I called and the lady was so rude who I talked to. She said she was closed for the day and there was. Nothing she could do. I asked her why she did not call my moms phone to try to get a hold at the delivery point she said she didn't know but asked what my mom was doing and why she didn't answer the door. Wow that is not what you ask your customers. My mom called also, and the same lady said that she didn't know where the flowers went and why they were not delivered but that my mom should look outside and see if they were left by the door. Basically she lied to one of us. She told me that the flowers were in the freezer and I could come pick them up tomorrow. Wow that is exactly what I wanted. I placed the order at 10:00 only to find out that an email saying they were delivered and weren't and then the place was closing so they didn't want to deal with it. Way to go. My moms birthday is today. Flowers won't do tomorrow. Bad customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Please be cautious in using this place. read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!I consulted this florist for wedding services. I set up and appointment to meet with their consulted. After twenty minutes of waiting for her to show (she never did), the girl working that day tried to accommodate me, but she was not very knowledgeable in providing quotes. Throughout this entire time, she kept phoning the consultant, who never answered. Before I left, the girl stated the consultant would get back to me with a quote withinh a day or two. After a week of no contact, I tried to contact the consultant directly to her direct line and never received a response. I then called the shop and left a message for the consultant; again, no response. Two weeks after my visit I attempted one final time to contact the consultant directly. I have yet to hear back. I DO NOT recommend this florist for weddings at all! read more
