My family sent me flowers from out of state and they arrived two days late. This flower shop offered her 25% off her next order. ? What about here's your money back since we had one job and didn't do it. Total fail. I got the flowers two days late they are kind of pretty I would never recommend this shop based only even on the floral design. All in all-disappointing service, mediocre flowers. read more

Very upset with their services. I had ordered flowers via FTD that were arranged and delivered by this shop. The flowers were for my mother on her birthday. I picked the most expensive option for an autumn arrangement in a vase with peach roses, orange mums and burgundy carnations and was expecting the best quality, as do most people who order flowers for their loved ones on special occasions and remembrances - it should be treated with respect and emotion. My mother didn't want to complain because it's the "thought that counts" but let me know some of the yellow flowers were brown and dying (for a same day delivery/order!!) and that there were pink roses and no carnations (not at all what I ordered), as well as these bizarre sounding jelly beads that help hold the flowers up, which happened to turn the water a disgusting sounding yellow. You've been in business 40+ years according to your website and you can't arrange flowers in a vase without beads in the bottom? That's just sad. She also told me that the delivery person handed her the flowers very quickly and jumped back in her car before she really noticed the dying flowers. I called customer service, cancelled my order with this shop and requested they pick up their "arrangement" and I will let another local florist take the job with a replacement. I also spoke with a receptionist at the shop to place a complaint with the managers and she responded to the information I gave her with, and I quote, "we have been open for 100 years and have never had a complaint" - is this a joke? Not only do they send out low quality arrangements, they have no humility or mind for handling customer service. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for sending out that garbage! read more

I have been ordering from here for a while thinking I was getting a good service. This last mothers day the flowers never got delivered. I waited hoping they would show up on Monday but they didn't. After calling on Tuesday they were nice and sent an "upgraded" flowers arrangement the same day. The flowers were nice but ended up wilted 2 days later. After this exchange I was told by the flower recipient (my mom) there was previous delivery issues in the past. read more

I've used the Kennewick flower shop more than once for my Anniversary, wife's b-day, etc. The arrangements are always beautiful and they make me look good. The proprietor and staff are exceptionally nice, and the coffee shop they have on site creates a very hospitable environment. I would recommend getting flowers form these folks for any occasion. read more

My experience (and score) is strictly based on their customer service. I live in Seattle and ordered flowers for my mother who was visiting Kennewick and staying at a local hotel. On the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, my mother informed me that she made a spontaneous decision to leave and go somewhere else. I promptly called the flower shop and they told me the flowers were out to be delivered, however they told me not to worry about it and cancelled the order. I expected that I would be charged for the order and some hotel worker would be the recipient of a lovely bouquet of flowers. I was extremely happy that they were willing to cancel my order and did not charge me. If the opportunity arises, they will be the first place I call. read more

I ordered flowers online for Mothers Day and ordered the best arrangements but it looked nothing like the pictures online. It looked worse than the "good" version. On the website it specifically states the flowers will look exactly like the pictures but it doesn't. They used very little flowers considering how much I paid for it. Very disappointing. read more

Ordered flowers for aunt's graveside service. I made it clear the flowers were for the cemetery. The arrangement I paid for was NOT what was delivered, a tacky looking bouquet of mismatched flowers (leftovers?) with a poorly tied tiny aqua gauze bow on a stick in the GLASS vase...and of course...NO glass vases allowed in cemeteries!!! It was embarassing and not at all the message I had chosen to send in tribute. I was handed the vase of flowers at the end of the service...several flowers were broken off short and did not reach water, 3 were slimey, stinking (NOT fresh)...most of the vase was filled with asparagus fern. Not sure what $200 plus dollars is supposed to buy but this cannot be it!!! I went inot the shop to make ceratin the order was correct. While there I noticed they seemed more intent on their new coffee and food service than on flowers. Maybe they should stop with flowers and go with coffee, thye used to be very good floral service...not this time. p.s. I have a call in for mgr about the problem with flowers...thye are not getting back to me so wrote this review to pass the time before I go down in person with the bedraggled, slimey stinky flowers in a $1 vase sent to cemetery 2 days ago. read more

Two years ago, my mom took my daughter (who has some special needs) to Kennewick Flower Shop to pick out/order a corsage for Buddy Club prom. My mom called ahead of time to explain that my daughter would need to try on the wristlet, that the corsage would need to be sensory-friendly, and that whatever she picked out would be exactly what she would expect the finished corsage to look like. The flower shop staff were so nice and understanding. They even covered the scratchy part that attaches to the wristlet with a wide soft satin ribbon, so her skin wouldn't be irritated. This week, my girl and her grandma went back to order her 3rd annual prom corsage. The staff seemed to remember them and were very patient and friendly, showing my daughter the choices for flowers and ribbon (even though she shot down several options) as well as letting her try on wristlet bands. I'm sure they were already busy with Valentine's Day coming up. We can't wait to see the finished piece this year! Locally-owned business... go buy your flowers from them! read more
