The flowers this business delivered to my mother for mother's day were a complete amateur embarrassment and NOTHING like what I requested!! I've never seen such a ridiculous bouquet delivered from what should be a professional florist for a $100, plus delivery!!! The last bouquet this establishment prepared was quite nice and professional. I'm mortified at the sloppy, unconscious mess that was delivered! I ordered an arrangement for a memorial service. I specified a dollar amount of $180.00 plus. I would have gladly gone above 200 to get what I wanted. When I spoke with Kim, she was very pleasant and professional. I felt I stressed clearly of wanting mostly white flowers with splashes of colorful blue throughout. I asked if she had blue hydrangeas and she assured me she did. I guess my idea of "beautiful blue hydrangeas" and "splashes of blue throughout" were completely different from what Kim had in mind. When I walked into the sanctuary of the church and saw what looked like an arrangement of perhaps $50.00 to $75.00 all white (although pretty) and was told that was the one I ordered for the deceased from our church family, my heart sunk and I was so very disappointed. I could see zero blue in the arrangement. She used a shorter white cheaper looking plastic vase instead of a taller crystal looking glass vase. No ribbon & no color! I have to admit upon examining closer I saw a few faint blue peddles on the hydrangeas, but most of the hydrangeas were white and pale looking. I called Kim because I was so disappointed in the arrangement, she did not answer her phone, I left her a message explaining my disappointment. While I was in the memorial service she attempted to return my call twice, she did not leave me a message and we did not connect. I will never use Flowers by Kim again and I have to say I was completely embarrassed of the arrangement that arrived. I saw Kim had many excellent reviews, which is why I took a chance on her. I don't know if they were real or fabricated reviews. I am giving Flowers by Kim two stars because the arrangement was pretty it just was not what I had ordered nor expected for the price range. Perhaps it was just an off day or she didn't have a good selection of flowers available at the time. Disappointed completely!!!! read more

Kim met with me to understand our ideas for wedding flowers. She was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful, I felt like I had a new friend. She and her assistant custom-designed a curly willow arch to attach to a gazebo. All the wedding party bouquets were absolutely stunning. Kim delivered the flowers to the venue and set them on the reception tables. She even arranged the candles on the tables. I believe I had caused some confusion on the delivery date for an arrangement for my friends who were having a memorial for their mother on Saturday. When I left a message at 6 pm Friday concerned that the flowers had not been delivered, Kim really went above and beyond customer service, even though she had filed it for a Saturday delivery, she never questioned my belief it was for a Friday delivery. Instead, after receiving my message, she went back to her shop on a Friday night and got a gorgeous arrangement delivered to my friends by 8 pm that night. I was very displeased to receive a picture of the bouquet of flowers I sent to my mother-in-law through Flowers by Kim. I asked for a $100 bouquet, plus delivery. The bouquet my mother-in-law received looked like something purchased at a grocery store and stuffed into a vase.
