I've never seen my husband so disappointed when he got back from the shop. The scratches were a little ridiculous. He was super bummed, but less than an hour later one of the owners called him personally to express how that work was NOT up to their standards as a business and wanted to work with him on how to make it right. Thank you Sporthaus for doing something a lot of business owners (and let's be honest, the majority of people) dont do, which is taking accountability and wanting to make things correct. I felt the pricing was pretty fair and they had a lot of name brand quality clothes to choose from in many different sizes. The clothing was all in good condition with no rips or stains. They have the clothes organized in a way that makes it easy to see everything easily. The racks are spaced appropriately and there is enough space to be able to move the items on the rack easily to see the item clearly. There was easy parking and the hours of business are great too. I will be back next time I am in the area.

Also, they have homemade pendleton coats in all sizes, at pretty reasonable prices. The owner is pretty friendly -- he's a white guy and he supplies Native stores as far at North Dakota and Montana, I think mostly pendleton goods and tshirts. The staff was terrible, though. The two women that waited on my aunt seemed really hostile and rude, despite both of us trying to be friendly. Really, though, what earns my three star approval is their selection of pendleton goods, especially the fabric. AND, most importantly, they have trade cloth!! they carry all existing colors of trade cloth at the going rate (about $26/yd). First place in all of Washington state that I've found that carries trade cloth!
